I live close by but have only been here 2 or 3 times since it opened. I was greeted on a Saturday but a lovely girl named hannah who was absolutelllyyy amazing! Ordered a drink in-store and was ready quickly. Didn't order a lot of items but taste is similar to any other Starbucks outlet (for what I ordered). No separate restrooms but since it's in a rest stop you need to use the travel plaza restrooms. On weekends it can get busy and your order may take time. Try to order ahead if you see an option on the app.
