Aisha is one of the greatest subway employees, she always makes the best sandwiches when I come in on my break every day. She is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, and is the only reason I continue to come to this location.

My dad came to this subway location this past weekend and received terrible service. The lady working put the wrong sauce on his sub and when he said something to her she took her hand and wiped off the sauce and threw away the meat. Tip for your workers: if you mess up someone’s food - make them new food. Wiping off the sauce with your hand is unprofessional and honestly gross.

My phone died while making an order on the app. I thought I had ordered 2 - 12" sandwiches not having my glasses on. When the order had already been paid and rung through on the app I had made the mistake of ordering two 6'' sandwiches. There is a promotion on foot longs buy on get one free so essentially the same amount of $$$. I asked the owner is the spirit of common good would she honor this as two 12" sandwiches because I didn't know how to cancel the order and redo it and then my phone died on top. She would not... My family and I regularly shop at this location all the time and after this I WILL NEVER order here again period.

Tonight, we walked to our local Subway in Newcastle. There was only one young boy working at the store. He was absolutely slammed with skip orders as well as a full line of foot traffic customers. He was friendly and efficient and polite and kept the orders moving. So very impressed with how he handled everything. Well done!

Honestly companies need to stop hiring Indians. They are the laziest things on this planet. Fact this thing, I mean woman was too lazy to put my sub in a bag and made me do it when I nicely asked her to do so. The only thing I’m shocked about is that she could count to two when I asked for two cookies. I was honestly expecting one. She must be that “doctor or surgeon” Justin Trudeau was speaking about bringing students into Canada

The staff was pretty rude and the food wasn't that good there were two people making sandwiches one of them was just standing there and the other one was talking to a customer it took them 10 minutes to make me a sandwich

I went into this subway yesterday, and was very pleased with my experience. The man working was very helpful and built me the best sub I have ever had at subway. I have never really liked subway, but this experience was great.

Worst food and service of all the subways. No one there knows how to prepare food or deal with people. Two faced management, greedy and unethical. Food is bad and everyone there will lie and pretend to run a good store while taking your money. Go to bowmanville location and avoid this one at all costs.
