We placed a mobile order and when we got there we just needed to wait a few minutes to pick it up, despite long line up at the store.

With the storm we had during the day and into the evening, I was unable to get my car out of the parking lot. I sat inside for a bit to warm up and Brett said, hey Kim, you having your usual? I said yes, he then made it, had it ready before I even got to the counter!! Perfect customer relations and service.
I also noticed another employee shoveling the front walkway outside as I sipped my tea...when he came in, I asked if I could borrow the shovel as my car...
