Horrible service. Ordered kids meal's and no toys were given. Slow, disorganized. No line when we got there and waited 5 minutes to place our order.

If you want a fast pit stop DO NOT STOP HERE!!!!!! They are so slow and do not know how to keep up with a rush. They need to get some more employees. I would also recommend getting some working self serve kiosks so people can order themselves instead of having to wait years to order.

If I could give this Wendy's zero stars, I would. Absolutely no regard for customer service. Don't bother stopping here, keep driving and find a better pit stop. You'll waste 45 mins of your time just to line up to pay. The staff was not apologetic about the long wait. There's a kiosk, so if you truly are craving Wendy's, you're better ordering from a machine order than actual human staff totally ignore customers.

The wait time is about 30 minutes to order and another 30 to get your food. Then I’m told they don’t have any potatoes after 60 minutes of waiting. Ridiculous 🤬🤬

Placed an order for three and every sandwich was incorrect.
I odered a baconator, Dave’s single with no cheese and spicy chicken burger with no tomato. Was given a baconator with one patty, Dave’s single with extra cheese and chicken sandwich with tomato.
Mistakes from service workers when making menu modifications are usually something I take in stride however an error rate of 100% is astounding

Stopped here on the way home and we were the only car in the drive-thru and it took 20 min to get our food. When we received it, one burger was stone cold and the bun incredibly stale. The chicken nuggets were covered in salt and of course no dip for the nuggets in the bag.

We ordered 30 mins to close and they told us they couldn’t do a poutine. I am sorry but I believe 30 mins is more than enough time to do a poutine.

Also instead of all employees on deck, there were two people cleaning and one person trying to rush out all the orders. Multiple individuals who ordered after Got their order before us. Before we left we asked for napkins. We were reassured they were at the bottom of the bag. There was ONE. One napkin. For a 4 person order. Gave us bare minimum ketchup and walked away before we could ask for a reasonable amount

Don't bother waiting in line at this Wendy's. It's a trap. Stood in line for 40 minutes, the cashier stopped taking orders when they got to the family in front of us. Huge crowd of people waiting for their orders beside us, some of them had been waiting over 45 minutes for their orders. Huge waste of time to go to this location. Prices are also higher than regular wendys locations

Incredibly slow service. Ordered the #8 combo with chili instead of fries. Charge seemed high, the lady taking the order said she did not make the prices, had to ask for a receipt, it showed I was charged for a poutine that was not ordered nor received. I had to go inside to get it resolved. Incompetent staff as far as I am concerned, also the chili was like soup, very little beef. We frequently visit Wendy’s and this one seems to be the only one we have had poor experience with. Huge improvement needed.

Just visited this location in October 6 2024, I the worst experience I ever had. No cashier to help you, you have to use a board....ok but it freezes so that takes longer. Next didn't scan my coupon so ended up paying more 70 bucks yikes. Next the customer behind has issues with the board and we tell one of the workers no one comes out to help they keep working in the back. So another customer helps him. Then my dad orders the deal $4 hamburgers (he got two) and charged 7.79 each. He then asks and was told he needed a coupon but no where does it state you needed a coupon. What the heck. It does not scan coupons I tried. Very disappointed hope corporations check out and audits this site. Food was ok.

Poor quality food, service is slow and you have to ask for everything, no napkins out they HAVE NO KETCHUP, and don’t offer straws or lids. Definitely one of the worst Wendy’s experiences I’ve ever had.
