employee yelled at me over not knowing what to get in drive thru because me and my friend were deciding what to order. what subpar service.

Service was a bit slow they cared about drive through before walk in I waited 5 minutes while they took several orders on the headset even tho I was there 1st for almost 5 minutes. I almost walked out

Our family visited A&W for MS burger day where we were greeted and served by Justin. He went above and beyond to make our whole family feel welcome and important. He directly spoke to our kids as they ordered and was quick to help us when there was a spill. Our whole experience was great at this location by all staff who checked in and made sure all was ok. Thank you Justin for being a valuable and incredible part of the team! It didn't go unnoticed! More establishments need people like Justin!

What a wonderful experience each and every time I go to this A&W, I feel it’s one of the best and W’s probably in the GTA in the top 10 the star the way that they greet you their hospitality. Their customer service skills are genuine to the customer is the value and Understanding just overall experience makes me want to eat at A&W. There is a supervisor/manager his name is , Sahel .

He is a sweetheart such a pleasant person I would like to come here just to talk to him very nice energy very pleasant to speak with. Wish this The best always, and the staff there. ✌️

One of my favorite A&W locations. The staff are very friendly and busy serving/ cleaning. I've never had any issues with my orders or food. Been coming here for the odd breakfast / lunch for 15 years.

Went into this location recently for a quick snack and walked into the middle of a business meeting between what appeared to be managment and some employees in the middle of the dining area, taking up most of the seating.

I ended up having to sit at the very back behind a wall, near the garbage cause there wasn't much seating for customers.

Food was good quality and delicious, with a signature frosted glass root beer.

It's very amazing look and the atmosphere is very modern but not like a white brick very chill place and the smoothies frozen are immaculate but the Chicken isn't the best and the breakfast is super amazing

Food is good quality and service time is reasonable. But the one thing that I can't get over is how sticky the tables are. Like I hope that's because of the cleaner that is used and isn't old food making it sticky. IDK it feels kinda gross

I’ve been in this drive thru for 25 min and haven’t gotten my food this is ridiculous. Who overs working june 4th night shift at tounge and mulock needs to be replaced.

Very busy drive thru at lunchtime .We ordered 2 large onion rings .The order came to over 10 dollars, and the food was ok.The onion in the rings was not cooked, and they were very salty .Didn't finish either of the bags of onion rings. Tossed them out . No more Onion Rings for me at this location.

Literally annoyed as hell. I ordered on Uber Eats two teen combos, both with no pickles, no mustard, no bacon, no tomato. Just lettuce, ketchup and mayo. Instead I received two burgers with mustard, pickles, bacon, tomato, and NOTHING I asked for. How do you mess up an order so astronomically?? Never getting A&W again! What a waste of money, and the patties and buns looked super old too. Literally the worst experience ever.
