Okay this review will sound bad because I keep getting screwed and keep going back but I like Bar Burrito selection so I want to go there. I’m embarrassed about how often I’ve ordered Uber from here. I had so many issues with “we’re out of this or that” and forgetting parts of my order. I decided I won’t order uber from here so I can see and check my order. Almost wish I hadn’t. I’ve been three times. Twice the kid was nice but poorly trained and managed. Tonight that kid and another kid (who served me) were there. Claimed they were out of lettuce at 6pm. I convinced him to chop more. Then I noticed how filthy the counters are. Food everywhrre. Cheese failen into the red salsa. Old guac. Empty bins for some veggies. Dumping new meat into container that is almost empty so how old is the stuff on the bottom? These guys could kill someone they’re so careless. God help us for what they might be doing where customers can’t see. Disgusting. Totally the owner/managers fault. Someone responsible needs to manage this place. It’s gross. Shame on the owner. Your carelessness could make people very sick. Disgusting.

Ordered online and it was the worst experience ever. I always go in to this location & never had any issues, so I made sure my order was coming from here & not another location. But they clearly don’t care about a single thing when it comes to online orders! I wanted to try the BBOX, but my burrito was burnt and broken, the extreme fries didn’t have the ground beef or green onions & I ordered a pineapple Jarritos and got a mango. Waste of time & money.

First time stepping into this location. Ordered a ground beef quesadilla. Dude working in the back said they had no ground beef. This was at 6pm, prime dinner hour. Dude didn't seem to care either. No empathy. Needless to say, never stepping in there again.

The food was pretty good but the cashier was very rude and unwelcoming. Just went straight to his phone after my order and didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. Won’t be coming back again as this was my first and only experience. Unfortunate as I even gave a tip. Jan 23, 2025. 4

Picked dinner tonight and for the second time at the time of preparing our order, there was no lettuce or tomato for the burrito. The chicken for the burritos and tacos was extremely dry and cold, which means it has likely been sitting there for a while.
Extremely disappointing with the visit!!!

Probably waited for more than 30 minutes for a simple chicken bowl and fries. Their cash register wasn’t working and they didn’t have some ingredients which they only tell you once you’ve paid for the item and they are prepping it. This is the second time I have a negative experience and will never be returning.

This is my favourite Bar Burrito location. We started coming shortly after it opened and it is by far, my go to. I actually crave Bang Bang chicken at times. The portions are generous for both the bowls and burritos. The counter staff are always very friendly and consistently good at their jobs. On top of that, they're quick! Tonight Yaseem and Colton were serving. Yaseem is always polite and friendly. He makes sure we're happy and makes sure to suggest drinks etc. Tonight was Colton's first shift and he is obviously a quick learner! I absolutely recommend this location!

The best barburrito in town!!! I've been to a few different barburritos and burrito places, this one is the best!! Huge serving size. Staff is so friendly. Clean. Everything was fresh. We will definitely be back. Delicious.

Ordered a bowl with double chicken today - unfortunately, the bowl wasn't even half full. The amount of chicken was less than the amount that you'd normally receive in a regular portion bowl. Never encountered this issue with this location before.
