Unfriendly staff and issues with the ice cream at THIS location. Went here for the second time in last 2 weeks and it made me sick right after. First time happened I was like maybe it's just a coincidence maybe its just me, but today it happened again. Ice cream also tasted not fresh and I found a hair in it but was too far to go back. Definitely not going back to this location. (I had the praline and cream)

Oh my goodness! The young blonde lady who served me at this location was incredibly rude! I came here with my two children, and she had such a negative attitude. As someone serving children, she should have been more attentive and empathetic. I don't understand why she had such a bad attitude.

Its a negative star. Went to this location and I am very disappointed with cleanliness of the store, VERY DISGUSTING. Ice cream windows are VERY DIRTY i think no one cleaning it. Tubs are empty Very unorganized and floors are VERY DIRTY. Staff are not wearing visors or hat while serving. Untied hair and uniforms are outdated. Those stuff that ive seen stop me from having Ice cream in this location. I will strongly not recommend this location for ice cream. You can visit to believe. There is another one at the mall that way way way clean than this one. !!!
