The cake I ordered was supposed to be in the shape of a beer glass as represented on the website/catalog. The cake was to be of the design illustrated on the website/catalog from Baskin Robbins and I even provided the employee, the cake code. I very clearly explained to the employee, when I placed the order that the only change was to have “Happy Birthday *name*” written on the cake instead of “Dad.” However, the cake I received was completely different in shape, colour and design. The cake received at pickup was the original ice cream cake in the shape of a circle. The cake completely failed to meet the agreed-upon design.
This cake was for a significant celebration, and the lack of attention to detail has been a major disappointment. I expected far better, especially after placing the order in advance to ensure ample time and accuracy with this order.
I’ve emailed Baskin Robins on sept 6th and still gotten no reply 3 days later. I then called this location 3 times to speak to a manager but no manager is ever on site. So I’ve decided to go public with my horrible experience at this location.

Have gone twice now since they reopened wanting a milkshake and both times they were out of milk - not to mention how rude the employees are. Nothing but bad experiences here, won’t be coming back. The Stouffville location is much better anyway.

Checked online before we left home. Said they were open till 9pm, got there at 7:30 Sign says open, but all the lights were off and doors locked!
Unfriendly staff and issues with the ice cream at THIS location. Went here for the second time in last 2 weeks and it made me sick right after. First time happened I was like maybe it's just a coincidence maybe its just me, but today it happened again. Ice cream also tasted not fresh and I found a hair in it but was too far to go back. Definitely not going back to this location. (I had the praline and cream)

Oh my goodness! The young blonde lady who served me at this location was incredibly rude! I came here with my two children, and she had such a negative attitude. As someone serving children, she should have been more attentive and empathetic. I don't understand why she had such a bad attitude.
