Bubble tea was horrible worst ever do NOT get it !! Place is in a nice area but takes talent to make it look so sad and horrible. Ugliest joint I've ever been to. Service was surprisingly decent tho!

Run down and the workers are so rude, skipped over my boyfriend and didn’t take his order until I said something.

Kids wanted ice cream and we were on Main Street during Canada day. We went in and I asked to sample the 3 ice cream before I spent all that money for it. The samples given were no where close to getting a taste for what it could taste like and the guy was a bit rude so I didn’t bother asking for more of a sample. We didn’t think it be horrible so we just picked based on previous flavors we’ve had over the years…. We left there feeling extremely disappointed with our ice cream and wished we saw the ice cream truck around the corner before coming here. Definitely not worth the money or the time to even walk in the store.

The waffles are tasty. Heads up-the store doesn’t have a bathroom for customers. Not the most convenient for dine in. Our 4 year old had to go to the community centre to use the bathroom and then come back to eat the waffle.

This place is a joke!!! The owner is rude and he doesn’t know what he is doing! Terrible customer service!!!! I wouldn’t go back at any cost…..

My friend and I visited Bene Bene on a Saturday afternoon. Despite Main Street being busy, the inside of Bene Bene was silent and we were the only customers inside.My friend ordered a regular sized chocolate milkshake and the cost was just under $12, despite the size being so small. The taste was okay but definitely wasn’t worth the high price.I had ordered the regular sized mango bubble tea, which was overly sweet and tasted very concentrated. I’m assuming it’s mango-flavoured syrup used for the bubble tea, although it was very thick and overall had a strange texture.There was one employee, who we didn’t see very much. He was kind during our quick interaction, although was primarily in the back room and we didn’t see him much.The inside of the cafe isn’t anything too exciting, although there’s a bulletin board with local advertisements, a wall with photos from previous customers, and the view overlooking Main Street is quite pretty.Overall, I’m sure this place would be decent for a quick stop to purchase ice cream before continuing on a walk. Although, I wouldn’t recommend sitting in or trying their cold drinks.

Parking: Free municipal parking across the street by the splash pad and free street parking on both sides of the street. Parking nearby is limited, although there are options!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps into the front door and there are two sets of heavy doors to pass through. They don’t have push buttons and the stairways aren’t very wide, either. Definitely not wheelchair accessible.

Waffle was harder than the fork and tasteless itself. More like a cracker made with flour. Even if we added ice cream on top wouldn’t help ‘cause it couldn’t absorb anything at all. Service was alright though.
