Did Mobile order, customize burgers, didnt get any of it right, also lost out on money for paying for extra add ons. Dont mind waiting for food if its hot/warm but waited 10 mins for some room temp burgers and cold fries.

I always prefer Burger King over any other hamburger place, but it was the worst burger I’ve ever had. The bun was stuck to the paper. I went through the drive-through so trying to drive and eat at the same time was not easy. I lost the bottom half of my bun, the fries were rubbery. Just not a good burger. It looked like they slapped it together cause the cheese that’s supposed to be on the hamburger was actually stuck to the paper so it was done sideways.

We went to the drive through and about 6 minutes and no one actually came to take out order.No one was at the window and when one worker was there he was taking a order when we waited almost 10 minutes at the drive through.Very poor service and we ended up leaving before actually ordering because of how long the wait was.

The foods are good, front staffs are good, but too late. I spent 30min to get burgers

I’m not one to be a Karen. I’ve been going to this Burger King in the morning fairly often for the past month as it’s the only fast food breakfast where the egg doesn’t gross me out and it’s been really good. This morning though the service was awful. I understand that they open at 7am, I got there at 7:05 and waited 5 minutes at the speaker with no response, then another 5 minutes at the window waiting to be acknowledged when they were right there. I was able to order at the window and the only thing that salvaged this trip was the fact that their machines were down and i got my food for free. The cashier was really nice, I just wish I had been acknowledged sooner. Food was really good and once I got service that was good as well. I will be coming back since it’s the only bk nearby

I ordered Burger King last week for my family for lunch and the order was completely wrong through a third-party, but I have to to say I did call and speak to the manager Allen and he corrected the whole order. He made sure I had a whole new order ready to be picked up at my discretion so kudos to the management of this location .This is probably the best and cleanest Burger King in the area.

Not sure about the other reviews, but when I went last week, maybe was in the drive thru for 5 minutes max and service was quick, food was accurate and hot. Used a coupon that I got in my mail. 10/10 experience for me. Hopefully more will have the same.

I think it could be cleaner. The floor, the tables, everywhere. We had to clean our table before our meal.
