If I could give it 0 stars I would.Came with a friend because the location looked nice, patio right by the water.I'm not even sure where to begin... the service was terrible. There were two Ukrainian waitresses with absolutely no costumer service skills.Also, when we scanned the menu, a Ukrainian menu pops up... we wanted to order items from it but only after we're told that this menu was discontinued.....It wasn't busy at all and took 40 minutes to bring out two tiny pizzas and two appetizers. The size of thier portion is a joke... even my 4 year old stayed hungry after it. The prices are high for what you get and the food doesn't taste great.At the end we had to chase the waitress for 30 minutes to ask to pay.Would never come back there again.Also the entire patio has only 2 umbrellas for shade.And they don't have any take out boxes. I have never experienced anything like this before.The plates were also dirty.

You're coming here for the view of fairy lake. That's it. The food is low quality, tiny and overpriced. Here's a picture of the $18 margherita pizza... Yes, it is the size of my hand. A female hand. And if you're thinking this is from the kids menu - nope, this is their main menu. For reference, we paid about $60 after tax and tip for a salad, pizza and a beer each.

They have absolutely no idea what a restaurant is.Ordered nachos, Mac n cheese for the kid, fish and chips, and ribs.Nachos and Mac n cheese came after 20 minutes. Nachos was a few (3-4pieces tortilla) and rest round nachos chips from the store. A little bit of grated marble cheese on it that was half melted. Toppings were big chunks of white onion and cherry tomatoes . Had to ask for sour cream. On menu it has different toppings and sour cream. $18 for a bag of chips...Mac n cheese was KD. However, they didn't know how to make it. Pasta sitting in a pool of milk/cheese. Very bad. My kid put one in her mouth and spat it out. Didn't touch it.After waiting another 30 minutes, and asking the server about our food (we were first table, first order, and they had already served some food for 3 other tables), they finally brought out ONE of our food. Asking about the fish and chips, she goes and finally comes back after 8 minutes with BURNT fish and chips.We sent it back, and left. They still charged us for the nachos and Mac n cheese.

Service and food were terrible. We used to come here 2-3 times a year. Won’t be back Sounds like it has new owners. Nothing else to say.

We showed up first but she served the couple behind us first, we ordered one food and she provided only one glass of water and there was lipstick mark on it, they did not have pizza, so we ordered cheeseburger but did not have beef either. We changed it to chicken crossent. The sandwich was BURN. $18 for a small burn sandwich. Even one star is alot for this restaurant. Food and service is awful since the management changed.

Was here for a private function. Food was apps based, but surprisingly well done.Bar was a disaster; no rum, all fountain based soda was flat, and the servers knew how to make 2 drinks. Yup. 2.I'm not a big drinker - I had 9-10 rye and cokes and remained perfectly sober. I prefer my alcohol with alot less watered down booze in the bottle. So classless.***UPDATE. Originally rated 2 stars, now dropped to 1 due to the response from the owner. I now see why this business is rated 3.6 stars on avg, regardless of my review.1. I don't patron businesses asking what countries the employees come from. Do you? It has absolutely no bearing on the service nor whether I go there. Wow.2. If your employees are scrambling to grab product 10min before and during the event, it is not a reflection on them; it is a reflection of your inability to organize and lead your team.3. This was a private function. I'm sure it didn't come cheap. It was your brand and product that made it seem that way.4. Your response. Wow. As a business owner myself, ALWAYS assume some of the concerns of the customer are valid. Apologize first, then address them. It's not about defending your personal views, it's about reinforcing your brand.Calling a review "disgusting" and insinuating the customer the same, just brutal.DO BETTER.

It's not Cachet anymore although sign has not changed and it looks the same. We found out after we tried to order our fav items. There's a new menu and it really isn't a lunch place anymore. Menu was mainly fish. THere were no sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc. I was very disappointed because the prior chef made the best chicken club I've ever had! I hope that new owner will rethink menu and at least for lunch offer some more lunch items.

I am sorry to say, but the food was not good. Very bland. Very little choice on menu. No side soups, salads, fries etc. Special of the day overprized at $25 a person for the size of the meal. Cannot see this restaurant lasting very long unless they change the menu.

Burgers were as dry as paper. Sangria tasted like pineapple juice that came in a spouted pitcher that didn't work so we had to take lid off and pour our drinks from the top. My friend nearly broke her tooth on a piece of really hard gristle/ or bone in the burger. Scanning qr code for menu I did not like it only worked on 1 out 3 phones at the table. We complained but no management came to see us over our issues. Would not recommend and we will never come back.

The menu has completely changed - and not for the good. Please bring back the old menu. There is nothing there for kids. This is a casual family place and a neighbourhood staple. We walked out after seeing the menu. Terrible change. We will not be going back if they don't revert back to what worked in the past. Most people aren't interested in 'fancy' vegan-centric foods. This is not the place for this type of menu.

Cachet used to be a great place to go, with an extensive food and drink menu that catered to everyone. I don’t know if it changed owners but the menu was so limited and terrible that we left. Please bring back the old menu, otherwise you will lose a significant amount of business. Extremely disappointing. We used to go once a week. Never again,

Please don't eat here. They only had 1 menu for the 5 of us saying they were in a transition week, which is why they didn't have more menus.... from the reviews, the transition week has been going on for about a month. The food has no flavor. It was cold...like literally cold. I read they heat frozen food...guess mine wasn't heated long enough. The chef was always back and forth to our table because the server could not understand our questions and the menu (which was on a little tablet) was a bit difficult to navigate. They gave 2 of our meals to another couple and when the chef came out with the rest of the meals he was asking the other server where the 2 other meals were. ? so now we had 3 meals and the other 2 people had to wait for their meal to be cooked. The other couple had to give one of the meals back to the kitchen because the steak was cooked wrong. My MIL asked for rare and that man had asked for well done... so since they gave him my MIL meal, it was wrong. When my MIL got her meal, her steak was well done. They then proceeded to bring out little weird appetizers to make up for their mistakes, that's fine but the amount they brought out, who could eat that and still have room for dinner. We did try them but again, no flavor. Including the 5 of us, there was 7 people in the restaurant and they seemed unorganized and like they have no clue what the're doing. It was way overpriced. Tip is 22%....absolutely ridiculous after that horrible service. Tip is to be based on service not demanded at time of payment. All 5 of us agree we will NEVER return.

I had arrived early and was seated right away. I was a little surprised at being seated at a table where others could also be seated to and then as it so happened some people whom i didn't know and had nothing in common with were brought to sit with me. Food and service was great O serv

A very disappointing lunch. We ordered mussels for lunch and the broth was very watery and should have been simmered down. Mussels weren't cleaned properly because they were so gritty and tasted fishy.The bread that came with the mussels was extremely stale. It was so hard and hard to chew. The chef warmed up stale bread slices and drizzled some olive oil on it to make it look somewhat appealing. It wasn't.I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was rubberish and dry. Definitely not fresh. There was no flavour at all. My salad came with a teaspoon of salad dressing on the side and the greens were not fresh.My husband ordered a baked Reuben sandwich and it was burnt black on the bottom. Fries weren't salted at all.The ambiance is dark and the food is well below par for the price. Left extremely disappointed. I felt ripped off and personally would be embarrassed to serve food that is just warmed up and not fresh.I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need after I spent $100 on a lunch at this place. The staff wasn't even wearing proper uniform. It felt very unprofessional.If you want good food, I highly recommend Locale in Aurora. Will never disappoint.

Only have digital menus and forgot my phone. No menus anywhere. I was with my elderly mother who also didn't have a phone. Waitress tried to read the menu to us bit didn't speak English very well. Very awkward ordering experience.
