The 3 guys I got today barely had any grass jelly, even after a replacement.
I love Coco but they forgot the straw for my ubereats order. Come on now, that’s just disappointing. I’ve been getting the same order for years from different Coco’s and the 3guys milk tea is great, but how do you forget a straw in a delivery bag, especially for boba. Really disappointed, had to order a reusable straw from a competitor after :(

The one employee working there on Oct 11 has a terrible attitude. Why is this young man working in the food service industry if he can't treat customers with any respect? Seems every once in a while I come by for drinks the employees are miserable. Plenty of alternatives in the GTA and will avoid Coco going forward.

It was really frustrating. It stated that the door would open at 11:30, but it didn’t open until 12 o’clock. Poor service from this store. We ordered a creme brulee drink and were given a chocolate drink. The server told us rudely that we ordered the chocolate drink. We know what we ordered he was just unwilling to fix his mistake.
The person who served me was a bit rude. I was trying to order and maybe they didn't hear me well but the person seemed fustrated. It was an off putting experience.
