Coop's Smokin' Wing House Newmarket

Have been to the Aurora location and the same awesome experience!!! The ladies serving me kind, helpful and nice, food is fresh and plentiful, also serves non alcoholic beers! Wings are big and flavourful, ribs just fall off bone and sauce is finger lickin good lol fries, coleslaw and beans tasty and fresh. Well priced as well! Keep up the great service will be a regular. Oh vibes as well at Coops is great!!!

I and my 10 year old son have visited Coops in Newmarket several times now, which is a testament to our experiences. The food is fantastic and so is the service! The waitresses, Rikki and Charmain, are on top of their game and have always been pleasant and fun. They take care of us well and are quick to touch base when we’ve finished our meals or need a drink, etc. My son has stated that it’s his favourite restaurant, and we’ll continue as patrons undoubtedly.

We always order from here and pick up and take it home. Food has always been good up until last night. We got two orders of fish and chips and the fish was horrendous. Undercooked and super fishy. I asked for fries well done… they were not well done they were barely done at all and ended up in the garbage along with the fish. Chicken strips were excellent but fries went in the garbage. The big kid poutine was ordered and paid for but we got a regular poutine. I did call the restaurant to complain about getting the wrong poutine and they apparently have put a credit on the board so next time I call we get some money back. I’m not sure I will order from here again because of the terrible experience last night. I ended up having to make two of us dinner because we couldn’t eat the fish and chips. Do better Coops! Not sure if it was an off night or if you have a new cook? By the way the service and waitresses were great so it was just the quality of the food last night. So disappointed 😞

Quiet night at Coop's not to many inside the facility, was a little longer than expected but was ok.
Portion served was decent, price was adequate, flavors was ok. Overall not.bad for 25 bucks after tax and tip for 1lb of wings, fries and a iced tea in mid week evening meal.
Nothing as a wow factor. Just your average wing and things diner.

Please train your staff. I was in plain sight for five minutes and no acknowledgment, even though several regulars came in after me and were acknowledged. Very annoying

Went here for the 1st time with an old army buddy. Wings were great. service was awesome and fast. Not the cheapest around but it was good! Wings come with fries and the normal celery / carrot sticks which seems to be extra at most other places. Recommended! I hit the suicide and dry jerk suicide is there hottest and I found it not hot - but then again I grow Reapers for fun

Tried to call and order 6:25 pm on a Saturday looking forward to trying your wings. Got disconnected after it rang for a while. Tried to call back and "the customer you are calling is not available". Repeatedly. Had to order elsewhere.

Always great food and staff is even better!
