A sweet and cozy little experience, felt like a small grocer out of the UK, but obviously a bit more Canadian-like. Always passed by this establishment on my way to and from work, so I decided to give the place a visit, and ended up meeting a very polite and friendly lady at the counter inside. The other shoppers that I met inside were all nice and polite too, made it feel like a Little England straight out of those classy movies! Well maybe I exaggerated a little bit but I was surprised at the friendliness of the customer service here while giving me the personal space as well.If the time allows in the near future, I shall be back as a regular customer!

Found this gem several months ago and until now have been extremely happy with all their products. Became hooked on their many types of pies a couple of months ago until last week when the bottoms to their various types of meat and chicken pies disappeared. Not sure if this is a permanent change or not but not a fan of the no bottom crust on the pies. The price is now a little steep for what you get now as the filling wasn’t increased to fill the void. Really disappointed with these pies and will not be purchasing any longer. We even had our daughter who lives in Peterborough hooked and buying when she visited. It’s too bad because we all enjoyed the flaky crust.Everything else at this fine establishment is off the wall fantastic and delicious and so fresh we will continue to purchase all our other favourites just sad over the pies.
This place is incredible. The pies are of superior quality, the grocery selection is large, the scones are AMAZING, and the prices are fantastic. I can't believe there aren't more reviews. Get the steak and onion pie!!!!!

The Irish lady behind the counter was so sweet and the beef pies (well all the pies) are to die for! The sweet treats are equally as amazing! Definitely recommend this place for quality and service!!
