The server at this location was not helpful. I asked her for help setting up my rewards card and she was useless. There were no other customers in line so I am not sure why she could not take a few minutes to walk me through the set up.

I’ve had their food before and I know it’s amazing. However, my most recent visit I had to throw away my food because I saw the staff’s dangly bracelet touch my bowl while she was making it. I felt bad not taking it since she already made the food so I didn’t say anything but I couldn’t stomach what I saw so i didn’t even bother touching it. Perhaps a stricter enforcement on no dangly jewelry or too loose of a clothing that might get in contact with the food?

Amazing service, the gentleman in charge today was so polite, helpful, good fresh food. I would keep coming back here for all this reasons, specially because I feel value as a customer. Staff managing my order was oustanding. Service was responsive and fast. My server paid close attention to my order. His customer service greeting was exceptional. He took time to see to food presentation. The consistency quality in taste is top notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant in the Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket as a wonderful location for a high quality vegan meal. Price point is a little high, but not if you consider it is really two meals. I visited today, June 17 over the lunch hour. The gentleman who served me was wonderful!
I had the staff favourite Tuscan Caesar. Too much sauce and tomatoes were mushy but besides that, it was amazing!

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at this Cultures! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was working on the 27th of May 2025 in the early evening at the Upper Canada Mall location. He was extremely friendly and helpful and made our meal extra special! i would highly recommend this location and the gentleman who worked there!!
