I’ve eaten there multiple times and they never fail to impress me with, a large menu, from amazing sushi too dim sum and more and especially there deserts. I highly recommend eating there

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Was given the wrong food and rude workers. Didn’t tell us that $20 in tip is included and then refused to acknowledge they failed to tell me that. Don’t recommend.
When i tried to correct the worker , he first ignored what i was saying and then hushed me so the other customers didn’t hear. Then laughed at us while we were leaving. I’m not paying $155+ to be treated horribly.
I understand tip is automatically included, but they didn’t inform us and when we politely tried to tell them, that they should’ve informed us, instead we got hushed. This is the first place I have EVER been to that charges 12% automatic tip for a party of 3.
At least take accountability next time, that’s all i ask. Absolutely horrible place, our server was Patrick.

Service was horrible, gave us wrong orders multiple times, forgot our orders, and they would just throw food and the table and walk away. When we would try to call them over they would ignore us and walk away. They didn’t tell us tip was included in price and when we addressed it, the worker proceeded to shush us so other people didn’t hear and didn’t acknowledge anything we were saying. I understand tip is automatically included and we were willing to pay but they should at least warn us and be professional when speaking to customers.

Absolutely horrible service. Was given the wrong food multiple times and was not regarded by the workers at all. They then automatically added 20 dollars in tips without telling us and when we tried to talk to them about it the worker then proceeded to shush us from talking infront of the other customers. August 2025, good all you can eat food and excellent customer service by Yuki. Good selection of sashimi and dim sum. If you come on the weekend for dinner recommend to have reservations.
