The ice-cream was half melted the manager was old and mostly angry and also shouted at her workers

it's concerning how this dairy queen is still running and open... last week I decided to splurge and buy a couple of ice cream cakes from here for my twins birthday. immediately as I walked in, I saw a cockroach at the front door but still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.. an older white lady, in her 70s-80s took my order with attitude, (I think she's the manager as she had a different uniform on). anyways she had incredibly bad attitude the whole time, and when a couple of teenagers went up to order, I overheard her complaining and cursing at the kids under her breath. as I was browsing through the cakes, I received a phone call and picked the phone up, the freezer door was open for maybe 10 seconds. I think the manager lady thought one of her workers left the door open, so she started SCREAMING at the top of her lungs and cursing to close the door... the workers here are also majority children.. I put the cakes back and left. I don't want to support a business that doesn't take our children's safety and wellness seriously. I won't be bringing my kids back here

Came here today for Miracle Treat Day and had the Reese's Caramel Craze. Only good thing about it was that the money went to Sick Kids. Otherwise it was garbage. This summer I had this same blizzard at 2 other locations and they were great but this location there was literally no Reeses in it. It was all the caramel truffles which was not good at all. I love Reese and the mixture of that with the truffles is great but to just have a pile of caramel truffles it was gross. Won't buy a Blizzard here again. Clearly no care in how it was made.

Trying to redeem my points with the screenshot for a shake in evening about 9pm and the guy said I cannot scan and use that from screenshot upon asking why and he said It’s my decision as a manager I can’t use it

these teenagers are so slow they just mop around like idiots it’s actually insane i will never come back here and THERES LITERALLY ONLY 5 PEOPLE HERE i work in fast food and we have 15 people in line and 15 cars in the driveway and we are never this slow! like nothing ever bothers me enough to say something but this is bad get new management !

7$ for a medium slushy is crazy
I had to leave another review due to the EXTEMELY poor way my last review was handled. To briefly recap, I left a review due to poor service during my last order (moldy food, incorrect order) and also submitted a formal complaint to HQ. Today is a Saturday, and I was contacted by an unknown number several times this morning. I was then contacted again by the same number just now and it turned out to be the restaurant owner, named Laurie, who asked me to explain my experience to her. Once I did, she was immediately confrontational, stated that she had never had anyone leave such a “scathing review” before and that she thought it would be best if I never returned to their store and go to another location on Bradford. No accountability and just defensiveness. She also stated that she believed I needed to practice kindness and that the staff there are just teenagers. I explained to her that the intention with the review was to be constructive so their staff can improve. She said it was clear I was not being kind. I think it is hard to approach with “kindess” when I was forced to eat moldy cake bits in my icecream without my knowledge, and especially when there is no apology and just excuses for poor staff behavior. I have followed up again with corporate. Thank you for making me realize I made the right decision to report your store.
