The burgers are good, though very expensive. If you are going there for only one reason, it should be this. The fries however are overpriced for the portion, and horribly overcooked to the point of being brown and hard. Worst fries I’ve ever had. I can’t even understand how they can serve those with a straight face.

Recently had Fresh Burger Steeles and Dufferin and was blown away. Wanted my spouse to try it so picked some up from this location and was absolutely disappointed. Pre order wasn’t ready and had to wait 20 minutes. Burgers were overcooked, dry, and instantly caused heart burn (tasted over peppered but not sure). Cali Fries were cold, cheese didn’t even melt.

Employees saw me waiting at the cash. One employee sitting in customer area on his cell phone. Employee in the back told his co-work I was waiting. I watched her leave the walk in fridge then go to the back. Until I said let’s go somewhere else that’s when she decided to come to the front counter. This place has gone down hill. Owner needs to be working on the weekends as there is no customer service anymore.

Terrible experience today. Ordered at 12:25. Was 12:55 by the time I got my food and that is only because I had to ask for it. I had to go back to work so I didn't even get all that I ordered. I told them to keep the extra fries I ordered since they weren't even ready. Loved the original at 16th and Leslie. They definately lost something when they decided to franchise. I don't think I'll be going back
