The people that run this place are great. We live in Aurora but come to this one instead of the one on Bayview, as it’s much cleaner and more hygienic. My kids love this Freshi.

I ordered through uber eats. Got the limited time hot honey mustard chicken bowl. It was basically all quinoa. They really skimped out on the other toppings. I paid an extra $2 for aged cheddar, and they forgot it completely. Disappointed.

I always choose freshi as my option when on the go. My experience at the Yonge St. Newmarket location was outstanding. Fantastic customer service and got our large order perfectly. Kudos to Nalani for her amazing customer service.

Drove out in a snow storm for a oaxaca bowl. The bowl was a good portion but they literally put 4-5 drops of the dressing. Not sure why they had stinged out on the dressing as that's what adds flavour to the meal. Wish i had taken a photo! Some locations add the dressing in the middle so i had thought it would be the same but was in the wrong. This bowl is usually a 5 star.

This is the worst Freshii I have ever been to. Started off super strong but portions have now become so small its almost laughable. I tested them three times this week same dish and it was insanely small, didnt even make it to the first line. I dont know if it is the owner who is there now but its a younger guy and he is soooooo skimpy with all of his products. Legit I got three wonton strips on my budday satay bowl and two pieces of broccoli. I will never go back so hope your cheapness is worth it lol
Do yourself a favor and stick with the Greenlane location which is amazing!!

This is the countless time that our Uber Eats was wrong. Whether it’s multiple missing items, wrong order items, or unfollowed notes - every single time I order from here for my family we encounter a some sort of issue. Officially off the list. Terribly managed store.
I came here for lunch and ordered the Oaxaca bowl with tofu as my protein add on and chips and a pop as a combo...great filling meal! The lady behind the counter was quite helpful though the location felt a little small and cramped. Overall, still a great experience.

I usually go to the Aurora location but it was closed today so I tried this location out and was disappointed. Paid for extra crispy wontons in my Sesame crunch salad and received less than what I would get if I didn’t pay for extra( there was hardly any) There was also a string of plastic in the salad :/ Employee service was sub-par, did not appear to know what he was doing either. Soup was also filled to the brim that it spilled everywhere and was impossible to open without spilling even more.
