Good location, clean restaurant, and friendly staff. Eat in or take out are both quick. My husband left his sunglasses on their counter and a staff member came to our table to return them. So nice!

I have been coming to this location for as long as I can remember growing up in Newmarket and have always had nothing but consistent great experiences.
Today I was in the drive through with my brother and when we pulled out we realized we were missing an order of fries, which neither of us were concerned about so I just headed back in to let them know.
When I let the girl at the front know she grabbed me the missing order of fries and apologized, thought out this I remember hearing someone say throw in an apple pie and I did not think anything of it since I did not order one , and to my surprise they were talking about my missing fries which went and beyond.
This was not needed, I was never upset or annoyed and can understand things get missed but it shows ownership and staff at this location truly care and are the reason why I come to this location every time when I’d like to buy a burger.

Today I had the worst experience @ Harveys. While trying to order my meal the ladie working counter couldn't understand a simple task mean while everybody else understood. Upon receiving my meal she still messed up my order by missing my fries. Therfore I needed to buy my fries in a separate oder which I believe should have been free for the inconvenience. After finishing my meal and needing to use the mens room, the stall door does not latch and hand dryer that has titties writen on is way under powdered and should be replaced. I have had better experience in quebec!
