Been to this location many times and appreciate the service and cleanliness. However, really disappointed with the quality of food this time around. Ordered 2 original burgers and 2 junior cheeseburgers with mayo and bbq, not a single drop of sauce found on all four burgers. Picked up the order at 12:25 when the pick-up time was 12:23 and the burgers were ice cold, makes me wonder if the patties were sitting for a long time before being assembled.

I asked for a double cheese burger with bacon. They forgot the cheese. So i went back they said i didnt order that or they didnt hear me. I said you didnt hear me so they said they would make another one. They returned with the same burger with cheese with hot lettuce and bun flattened . So im suppose to eat that. Not very good costumer service. Must be new owners or staff
