We ordered food from this location today, and as soon as I took the fries out of the bag I knew they didn’t look right. The fries were dark brown and had black burnt spots on them and smelt like very very old and stale oil that has not been replaced in more than a week. We threw the fries out because they were not edible. The hamburgers were also terrible. The management needs to do a much better job at making sure the oil they are frying the fries in is new and clean and that the food is fresh. Never ever going back to this location. I’m not even sure how they are open.

Worked here for 3 years. 2015-2018. Paul is an amazing manager and most staff were friendly and respectful. Can’t say how Harvey’s has held up since 2018, but it was fun when I worked there. Good first time job for young people.

I made an online order and went into the empty drive thru to pick it up. the girl on the speaker told me it wasn't ready and to come back in 5 mins. 5mins later, 5 more cars drove in and I had to wait for 20mins. How does this make any sense? Isn't it first come first served??? Fix the app order issues pls.

Harvey's is a Canadian classic, everything was just as expected.My only problem with this location is they really need a garbage out in the parkinglot somewhere. I'm a little tired of fast food places not having garbage
