The food is super tasty and includes macro details. Meals include a generous serving of veggies and have around 30g of protein in every meal. Delicious and healthy!

The only meal service that looks like real food. Others I have tried look like microwave foods. Healthy Alternative is fresh, tasty & seems like only good ingredients. Also better price than other service.
