This is a hidden gem. I didn't rate the atmosphere because there isn't really the option to eat in. That being said, the food is pretty awesome. Like most Chinese restaurants, they are very good at some dishes, but some are not quite what one is used to. Might just be a question of personal taste. I have eaten there a few times and have found my favourite dishes to be very tasty and delicious. Dry Garlic Squid is very good! So is their Lemon Chicken! Orange beef and orange chicken are very good too! I wasn't a fan of their s+s sauce but maybe others will like it; it just wasn't quite what I'm used to. I'm looking forward to trying their Cantonese Chow Mein!

This is the only Chinese food we eat and we have tried them all. Unfortunately, live in Wasaga now but, anytime I am in Newmarket I buy dinner to take home to the beach! Hong Kong Kitchen is better than any Chinese food betwenn Newmarket and Wasaga. Food is fantastic. The place won't win any beauty contests but it don't have to look pretty to make good food.
