I visited my family over the holidays and came to Upper Canada mall for a quick lunch on the way. I have a lot of health restrictions and always on the look out for healthy food options (bonus if vegetarian/vegan). So glad to have found this spot!! When asking about the server's reco, they mentioned their burger was tasty but knowing I was in a bit of a rush, suggested the Crunch Wrap Supreme with vegan queso and packed with veggies. It was absolutely delicious!!! I don't think I've inhaled anything faster. I've been dreaming of it since and will be back to try their other menu options :) The servers were super friendly as well. I'd highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a healthy option that's not bland, and a good price point.

I ordered their sweet potato poutine and the quantity they give is horrendous for the amount I paid for $12. I write this after I experienced this for the third time. Not going here again, I suggest saving your money.

Was looking for something quick and easy for lunch that is both vegetarian and gluten free (which isn't easy). I got the Hawaiian Chickpea Wrap- it was super filling and it stayed together really well despite being in a lettuce wrap! Would totally recommend :)
Tried their keto twin bar and it was amazing! They have new savoury options now which are great that are pretty decent. Their sweets are their star and the savoury is off to a pretty good start. Tried their pineapple chickpea burger which is wrapped in collared greens. It was really good. I would have liked more of a sauce inside and more spices for more flavour but overall pretty good.

I cannot say enough kind words about this business. I recently had to cut refined sugar out of my diet for health concerns, and found it difficult to find desserts to enjoy other than those I bake at home. That's when Humble Roots Organic came into the picture. Their food tastes absolutely amazing and catered to my needs! I love that their ingredients list is available in the showcase, and that their food has the added benefits of being vegan, organic, and gluten-free. So far I've tried their chocolate chip cookies, carrot cake cupcakes, and thumbprint jam cookies, and find myself coming back wanting to sample more! Their staff are also so pleasant to interact with and will kindly answer any inquiries. This place is a true gem in the Upper Canada Mall, and I will certainly become a loyal customer.
