I am here on my third visit, I have had oxtail, curry goat and chicken soup. Everything was delicious, meat is very tender, rice is seasoned very well. Everything feels like home cooking in the best way. This is definitely more of a take put spot then dine in. Lots of great drink options and menu is extensive with items you don't always find at Carribean restaurants such as cow foot, & pepper shrimpš¦.

Ordered through Ubereats and the food was amazing. One big disappointment was that I
ordered a side of fried plantain for $4 and legit got 3 slices of banana in a bag. I laughed so had thinking they probably dropped the rest of my food. š¤£.
Order here, just be careful getting side orders of anything if they come like that banana.

The Newmarket food scene is starting to give Scarborough a run for its money, and this spot proves it! The jerk chicken here is absolutely phenomenalāperfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. Iām genuinely curious how they get it that good! The staff are equally wonderful; when they ran out of gravy, the kind gentleman whipped up a fresh batch just for me, and it was amazing. For those looking for halal options, they occasionally have them, so itās worth calling ahead to check. If they do have halal jerk chicken, trust meādonāt miss it!
