The person whoever serving the food, must communicate well with customers and be polite.

I came here because I love the store however the service and the people at this location are terrible! They let a person cut in front of us and put a lot for his plate yet when it was our turn, the amount of food that she put for us was significantly lower. The manager, I suppose, was giving attitude and rolling her eyes. The portion was very small, and it was biased of them to give a much bigger portion to the man that they let in front of us. Don’t come here, the service and people are rude and full of themselves. 😀

Lady at the register rings up my food for 2. Around $34. She rang it up so fast and I paid but then gets told by someone else my wife got cheese. The lady makes me pull out my credit card for $1.25 of cheese. Terrible customer service! Since I paid before you added the cheese then too bad. I will never eat here again.

My 13 yr old son was there and had gyros sandwich. I don't know if meat was old or what, but he got food poisining and was throwing up all night. Very disappointed

Price reasonable food gyros dry even with what is supposed to be taziki sauce more like yogurt no garlic no cucumber ,salad was watered down, would it be so hard to spin dry your lettuce was looking forward but let down won’t try again

Dear owner
Why do you have 4 employees staring at one towel? I left, who else did?
Fire your Sunday teenage staff thats not working for you.
Also tell your manager that if there are 4 employees staring at a customer the right solution is "hi how can I help you" not "you must go all the way to the right" you had 0 line. Try to serve some customers instead.

June 9,2024, Our family of 6 always loved Jimmy the Greek food and always go to Hillcrest mall and Upper Canada mall to eat. Today I faced a rude female employee at the counter. I ordered salmon dinner, paid and waited 15 minutes as they said then went to the counter. I was not aware I had to wait in the line to retrieve my ordered paid food. I reached out to this rude employee who immediately started yelling at me saying WAIT I AM SERVING THIS CUSTOMER .and few more rude comments and rolling her eyes up and down shaking her head left to right. I was so shocked to see they have such bad customer service there. When asked and spoke to the manager about it she sided with her employee saying ITS OKAY and she even thanked her. Our family will never go to this location ever AGAIN.

As a business owner myself I give priority for customer service as it’s how the business grow and the franchise owner should carefully select the staff especially a professional manager who listens to the customers feedback instead of supporting the rude staff to continue their attitudes.

The male employee who took my order was very good and problem at this location is with female employees including the manager who support them.
