Price reasonable food gyros dry even with what is supposed to be taziki sauce more like yogurt no garlic no cucumber ,salad was watered down, would it be so hard to spin dry your lettuce was looking forward but let down won’t try again

Dear owner Why do you have 4 employees staring at one towel? I left, who else did? Fire your Sunday teenage staff thats not working for you. Also tell your manager that if there are 4 employees staring at a customer the right solution is "hi how can I help you" not "you must go all the way to the right" you had 0 line. Try to serve some customers instead. God bless you.

I travel 45min to this Jimmy. Haven't found one in my area that tastes as fresh and good! I always get the chicken souvlaki dinner.

June 9,2024, Our family of 6 always loved Jimmy the Greek food and always go to Hillcrest mall and Upper Canada mall to eat. Today I faced a rude female employee at the counter. I ordered salmon dinner, paid and waited 15 minutes as they said then went to the counter. I was not aware I had to wait in the line to retrieve my ordered paid food. I reached out to this rude employee who immediately started yelling at me saying WAIT I AM SERVING THIS CUSTOMER .and few more rude comments and rolling her eyes up and down shaking her head left to right. I was so shocked to see they have such bad customer service there. When asked and spoke to the manager about it she sided with her employee saying ITS OKAY and she even thanked her. Our family will never go to this location ever AGAIN.
As a business owner myself I give priority for customer service as it’s how the business grow and the franchise owner should carefully select the staff especially a professional manager who listens to the customers feedback instead of supporting the rude staff to continue their attitudes.
The male employee who took my order was very good and problem at this location is with female employees including the manager who support them.

I hate leaving reviews good or bad but I know how crucial they are to other people’s decision making and thought some people could benefit from this! I used to visit this location plenty of times and although the employees don’t really act like they want to help you and kind of give off un enthusiastic energy, that didn’t really bother me. A couple days ago, I get my usual chicken souvlaki pita and bit into my chicken and saw it was raw… I know the slightest bit of pink for chicken on a skewer is normal but this was jello- like consistency and more pink than any chicken i’ve ever seen. Hopefully the picture does it justice. I did try reaching out to the company’s customer service just to kindly let them know and they didn’t answer. It’s disappointing because I loved this location but now i’m afraid to ever go back.

I just had the pleasure of eating a wonderfully prepared roasted lamb dinner through uber eats.Lamb Roasted to perfection, fresh Greek salad, tasty tzatziki sauce, beautifully prepared potatoes and rice with mixed veggies. Most definitely ordering from Jimmy the Greek again!!

Tasty food! Salad, potato and rice is included. The quality is good for the prices here. Chicken roast is my go to. It might sometimes be not quite fresh as it is prepared and kept ready to serve fast in the food court, but most often is!
Food is great as always. But the service at this location isn’t great at all. I had repeated what I ordered while they were preparing my food because it seemed like it was busy and they got my order mixed up. She put my salad dressing on the side when I didn’t ask for it and clarified if it was chicken but I had asked for pork. Which is totally okay I don’t mind clarifying when they asked not a big deal. But the attitude that I received after repeating the other part of my order was not necessary. I felt embarrassed but just wanted to make sure the other part of the order was correct.
