Mediocre food and high prices. Try Thursday half price wing night for a reasonable deal but barely edible. The suicide wings I ordered were literally swimming in sauce. So much sauce that it ran out of the basket and down the waiter's pants as he brought it to the table. My friends laughed to see so much sauce! I ate about half and left the rest.

My wife and I went for lunch at Kelsey’s in Newmarket/EG yesterday. Our server Amy had fresh coffee in our hands very quickly and continued with friendly and very efficient service throughout the meal. Just what we needed on a windy, rainy day.

We had Amy as our waitress and she was very pleasant always checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Food came really quick and was very fresh!Dietary restrictions: The restaurant was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions and made it no trouble for us to enjoy the food we wanted!

Wow!!!!Being as I work as a server, I totally understand that most restaurants are understaffed.This is a detriment to most places, including the place I work at.However, Kelseys in EG has not been negatively affected at all.There was only one server and one manager on during a very busy lunch service.Both ran their buttons off and really put on a clinic on how to run a restaurant under stress.We had a blonde woman as our server and a tall, bearded man as the manager and they both deserve acclaim.Way to make the entire industry look good.My Dad and I will return for sure!
I love Kelseys food! I'm vegetarian so I love the build your own burger since there is a plant based patty available! It's one of my favorite burgers to get around here! My server Nancy was very nice and helpful! Great service and I highly recommend this location!Vegetarian options: The build your burger is a fantastic vegetarian choice since their is a plant based patty

Sorry guys but this time around was a horrible experience. Our waiter was M.I.A the entire dinner. My chicken was rubber and my husband ordered steak fajitas ( picture on menu showed meat was medium) and when he got his dinner meat was well done. He also wanted sauce and i needed a refill but like I said our waiter/server didn't come back once.I called manager over just to explain why tip was M.I.A just like the waiter was and I also touched base about the food. At this point manager confirmed the steak is “ brought to them pre made” ….. yup steak is pre cooked.So….. chicken is pre done , it tasted like it was heated in the microwave, steak is pre cooked and no service.Just a litter 411 for those who want to order this. Not too sure what happened to the “ Kelsey’s” experience but it just wasn’t what it used to be. ??
