Picked up a 6 piece dinner on 11 Dec 2024. Not busy at all. It is a 30ish minute drive from my house so once home I wasn’t returning to take my greasy chicken and hair in my fries back. Will not be going to KFC again. The quality is no longer there.

Thank you to the man I spoke to at 9pm Dec 5th, I placed an order through uber eats and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted! My chicken tenders were 10/10. My only regret is not getting his name so he can get the praise he deserves!

Upon ordering I was informed it would be 8 minutes I specifically said that is fine please make sure the fries were hot. When I complained it was going on 30 minute I was told it would be a few more minutes. Once I received the order I checked the fries they were lukewarm at best they were quickly replaced with fresher ones. Now I am at home I unpack everything and I am absolutely disgusted with the soggy chicken in the bucket as well as it was hardly breaded and the puddle of grease in the bottom of the bucket. This is by far my worst experience I have ever had at any fast food establishment and will choose another chain in the future

I ordered a four piece meal for delivery, and I received cold, over cooked chicken. They gave me four small wings and a rib. The chicken was dry, and the fries were cold and hard. I purchased a side gravy that was cold and like jello. And the container wasn't full. I'm really disappointed because KFC is my favourite chicken. Gonna start eating Mary Brown's more now because this never happens with them. I added photos to show how my food looked when I opened it up. The quality of the product should reflect the high cost that customers pay.

Mobile ordered 1 hr ahead and had to wait 30 min when I got there. The only person serving both drive thru and front cash simply ignored people when they were saying "excuse me" to call her.

The service was absolutely bad but the food. THE FOOD! Was terrifically fantastic
Went around 8-10pm on October 23/2024 . I have to put the time and date because I want upper corporate to check on the Asian looking lady that was working the drive thru at that time. One of the rudest interactions I've ever had at any fastfood establishment.
On top of that , I had asked for extra sauce which she charged me for and once I got home to eat. She didn't put any sauce in at all ON PURPOSE.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE SERVICE , TERRIBLE FOOD AND OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
This has to be one of my worst experiences at a KFC. It is crazy to think they can sell the chicken at this size for the same price as what it used to be...
I would not recommend coming to this KFC. It should be illegal to serve chicken this small, never coming back again!

My 15 year old autistic son was diagnosed with Leukemia and before he had to be moved to a hospital he wanted to eat KFC with his friends one last time. Unfortunately this location illegally refuse service to kids because of the high school across the street. I hope that the manager responsible for this discriminatory policy is happy about ruining a terminally ill child's last day outside of a hospital.
