Ordered a 10pc bucket with fries gravy and macaroni salad. I DID NOT ORDER PICKLE FRIES!!! If you aren't a pickle fan dont go here! We wasted a Large fry and we never throw fries out!
Also they only have 1 Miserable Lady employee working. I will NOT BE BACK VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! This is not KFC

Went to this location for the first time. I asked the chicken to be fresh and well done. The cashier says it is fresh and well done. So you’re telling me all chicken you guys make extra well done. She is was also giving attitude as well. Spoke to the manager on duty and he says it’s fresh chicken as well. They don’t have crispy chicken when it’s fried chicken. So if a customer requests to make food fresh when they are paying for it, they don’t do it. Never go to this location if you want good quality food or service. Horrible experience and I have been in the food industry for a very long time. This location needs new staff and better service.

Went to try the new pickle box. She asked what side we wanted, but was rude about it cause we couldn’t tell if she was asking what size or side. We didn’t know it came with a side, thinking it came with the pickle chips. We asked her what sides there were, she didn’t mention pickle chips (figured it was an extra side) so we said coleslaw. Got the order and noticed the pickle chips weren’t there. We ordered through drive thru so had to turn around and go back. My fiancée talked to the manager and he said the pickle chips aren’t an option as a side. So we had to pay extra. Go online and sure enough, pickle chips could be selected as the side. Customer service was horrible! Terrible experience at this location. The meal was so good though! Upgraded to loaded fries - barely had toppings. Pickle chips were delicious! The burger was juicy and thiccc. So yum.

Harder then a rock when I opened it you can tell the sandwich was an old one because the mayonnaise was hard and yellowish, this place just scams customers and has no dignity as my kids were the ones who wanted the burger and they still gave us an old burger hard and it’s ridiculous… 20$ down the garbage extremely disappointing

Terrible customer service. The kiosk wasn’t working properly, and when we asked the cashier for help she was rude, uninterested, and made us repeat our order multiple times. When our food was ready, she didn’t call out the order or acknowledge us, she just stood there holding it, leaving another customer confused as well. She handed us our food without a word and kept glaring at us while we ate. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

Service was terrible some rude Asian lady gave me no help when the ordering machine was not working. she gave me aduttude when I ordered at the front desk afterwards. she should not work in fast food if she can't deal with people and food gave me diarrhea and best part they were out of toilet paper wow great place I'll totally be back
Terrible service. No one knows how the hell to use a gift card there or check one, apparently I'm supposed to remind them of what sauces I want after I've told them multiple times and thank you for forgetting my gravy as well 😡
