Very bad service
They re fry old unsold chicken and resell it. This has been going on at this location for a long time and pretty consistently usualy on their sandwiches/wraps. It's pretty gross the skin of the chicken is dry and tough due to being double cooked. Also batter is almost a black due to being double cooked. You can see the chicken looks almost black under batter because it's been cooked atleast twice. Consistently bad. Head office needs to do some investigating, u use to think it was just an unexperienced cook but it happens everytime especially the later you get inbthe day it's like chewing shoe leather

Very disappointing experience at this KFC in Newmarket. The chicken was the soggiest we’ve ever had — no crispiness, just oily and limp. Everyone in my family hated it. Never would I have thought I’d say this, but after this visit, I honestly don’t see myself having KFC again. It was that bad.

Poor management at this location, resulting in long lines and wait times, chicken wasn't crispy, soggy inside and outside. Overall a poor experience. Seemed like they are overcharging and underdelivering. Better served getting chicken at another location or brand. Save your stomach. Wallet. And time.

This kfc produces fine tasting food but seems they will prepare whatever they feel like for delivery orders. If something is out of stock/unavailable, you will receive their lesser value substitute, no phone call or cancelled order.
Have experienced this 3x.
For this reason, I recommend pickup only.

I wish I could give zero stars to this KFC location. We ordered a 6-piece chicken meal on November 20, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The chicken tasted like it was fried in stale oil and the pieces were soggy and unappetizing. Definitely not worth the money. Highly dissatisfied with the quality and overall experience.

I asked the manager he started to talk to me in indian how ever I don’t even speak that language
Then he started to tell me that the food is always in the warmer and hot

This KFC really exceeded my expectations. I had seen many people say that KFC usually doesn’t allow the redemption of their free wing bucket, but this location was very friendly and immediately said yes. After I placed my order, they even came over to confirm it to make sure the wings were freshly fried for the best taste. They only started preparing the food once I was ready. The food was delicious, with great quality and flavor, and the service was excellent.
