I love the gravy and chicken. Good to feel full. It is a blast of goodness. Kind crew members and they are attentive.

Ordered a six piece bucket with large fries and gravy. Also ordered a side of popcorn chicken. They were made fresh and tasted as expected. I didn't have to wait too long especially during the evening rush. Will definitely order again from this location.

In 27 December night my wife’s birthday after long working outside , we went there the costumer service female and male indian workers treated me like homeless by seeing my outdoor working clothes
Even if I show them my debit card , the female servant cashier didn’t give information about wings prices and legs prices, I feel a racial atmosphere there and irrespective condition and I really struggle to sleep after eating their wings and legs I think

I don’t recommend to go there unless wrong costumer service have

I just ordered on Apps, the order miss 6 pieces chicken strips (apps promotion) and 2 chicken pops became 2 chips! I am already home when I found all missing. Don’t want to drive way back and complain. So disappointed ‼️

I cancelled my order today due to the manager and staff's bad attitude towards the customers!
I can't believe someone can talk to customers like that and will never accept it....
I feel sorry for KFC for hiring all these people not only in this store but all the franchises around...
All the staff need to first be trained on how to talk to customer.
Never gonna go back!

Super rude staff especially the manager who does not know how to talk to the customers!!!!!
While ago I had an argument with the core manager and when I called customer service no one reached out to me after and now I guess she has been terminated due to her bad attitude. Whenever I passed by she was yelling at a customer and it's been a while that I've not seen her. Now there is another manager who was literally yelling at me for not applying the spc discount!!!!!
I cancelled my order and I feel so bad for this company that doesn't care what is going on in their stores......

$15 for 2 pieces of overcooked chicken and a side of undercooked fries - the whole meal was garbage! They keep raising prices but the quality keeps getting worse. Just not worth it anymore...
