Asked for chicken breast, got mystery anatomy instead. This was way too salty and definitely not breast, more like a leg/thigh situation trying to pass undercover.
I don’t usually play chicken roulette, especially when I asked clearly for white meat. Taste was over-salty, texture was dark meat, and expectations were not met.
Upper Mall Canada KFC, please do better. If someone asks for breast, don’t freestyle the order. Consistency matters.
Hope this was a one-off, because normally KFC hits. Today, not it.

I ordered an adult size meal so my two kids could share and asked for apple juice. They gave me a 200ml drink. I asked them to give me a full size apple juice but they wanted to charge more. I asked for an additional juice box for my second kid and they still wanted to charge more. Deepa, the manager did not care whatsoever. Visited this location around 1 pm on a Thursday. There was a bit of a wait, likely due to the lunchtime rush, but it was totally worth it. The food came out hot and fresh, the fries were crispy and the plant based burger was cooked perfectly. Shoutout to the young girl working at the front, her customer service was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience really pleasant. Definitely coming back!

2 piece is incredible. Chicken was juicy and meaty. The skin is the best part. The fries are pretty mid but I’ll eat them. Took a while to get my food but when I got it it was hot.

I love the gravy and chicken. Good to feel full. It is a blast of goodness. Kind crew members and they are attentive.

Ordered a six piece bucket with large fries and gravy. Also ordered a side of popcorn chicken. They were made fresh and tasted as expected. I didn't have to wait too long especially during the evening rush. Will definitely order again from this location.

In 27 December night my wife’s birthday after long working outside , we went there the costumer service female and male indian workers treated me like homeless by seeing my outdoor working clothes Even if I show them my debit card , the female servant cashier didn’t give information about wings prices and legs prices, I feel a racial atmosphere there and irrespective condition and I really struggle to sleep after eating their wings and legs I think
I don’t recommend to go there unless wrong costumer service have
