Got take out kashke bademjan. Absolutely delicious but was disappointed that I hate to pay extra for bread. Like how as I supposed to eat it to begin with. Then I ask is it always that you have to pay and they said no. If you dine in you don’t pay extra for bread???? How does that make sense.

I recently dined at Khayam and couldn’t have been more impressed. The joojeh leg kebab was tender and packed with smoky, saffron-infused flavor, while the baghali polo arrived perfectly fluffy with fragrant dill and lima beans. The real standout, though, was the doogh—it was refreshingly tangy, lightly carbonated, and absolutely phenomenal. Beyond the food, the staff were exceptionally kind and gentle, greeting us with warm smiles and attentive service throughout the meal. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ordered from here recently, just after 8pm, the order sat waiting for almost 45 minutes before someone finally cancelled it on me without any notification. Was ordering for a bunch of children and stuff for an evening party, with my bill well over $250 dollars. Very poor customer relations. Very disappointed. Probably won't try here ever again.

I ordered the Ghormeh Sabzi and it was absolutely delicious! The rice was aromatic and beautifully topped with plenty of saffron. The stew itself was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I truly enjoyed every bite and will definitely be ordering again!

I had a project in Newmarket today and passed by this restaurant. I have to say, it will be my first and last time going to this restaurant, and I must say that I will never choose a restaurant in a hurry again because I was too busy. I usually don't like and didn't want to leave negative comments or reviews for businesses, and if I see any issues, I directly notify the business owner. Unfortunately, this time, due to the problems caused by the poor quality of the koobideh meat, I have to say that I was not satisfied at all, and now that I'm writing this review, I really have a severe stomachache. The quality of the minced meat was very poor, and the taste of the raw materials used did not taste like the fresh meat.

Much higher quality and more affordable kebabs can be experienced in Toronto.

Khayyam was recommended by a close friend. We had a large family party this weekend and Khayyam helped us plan a wonderful meal for our group. The team prepared and presented a beautiful and delicious spread that was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone!
