Service was great, and the store is in the mall so that's fun for people watching. The food is major hit or miss. Okay, so, if you get the crab salad roll or tempura - you're good. And, half the time, the raw fish isn't bad (but it's nothing to write home about either.) but the other half of the time.. so bad. So my advice: But do NOT order the raw salmon. Oh my god. It was so tough, the silver skin that really tough was on it. It was like rubber. I had to throw it all away. But most other things are decent, especially their hot dishes like bulgogi.

""Plastic pieces!!!!"" I bought the sushi roll and came back home. When I was eating the roll, I found a plastic piece inside my mouth. I had to split it out. There were 4 rolls that had a plastic piece of 8 rolls. Please see the photo.

First off, their veggie rolls are to die for. As a new parent trying to eat healthier but still craving something delicious, these rolls hit the spot perfectly. And don't even get me started on their customer service – it's seriously next level.But here's the kicker: during my last visit, there was this lady who totally lost her cool and chucked her purse at the staff! I mean, talk about drama. But you know what? The Kibo Sushi team handled it like absolute pros. They stayed calm, diffused the situation, and kept the vibes chill for everyone else dining there.I appreciate places where I can relax and enjoy a meal without worrying about any unnecessary drama. Kibo Sushi definitely fits the bill. You won't be disappointed!

They had the “end of day sushi” sign up at 1:30 pm but at check out charged full price.Waste of time. Should honour your pricing or train staff to remove signs for promotions if it doesn’t apply.

Probably the best sushi I have ever eaten! Extremely fresh and delicious! It's just a very normal looking kiosk in a mall but it's a diamond in the rough!
Ordered Honey Garlic Karaage and Unagi, and the chicken was the soggiest fried thing ever. It tasted good and the price was good too, but the sogginess really spoiled the experience for me.

Not a hater, love kibo but one of the worst sushi stores I’ve been to, the sushi was pretty bland even with wasabi and soy sauce and I chocked on a piece of shrimp shell inside my sushi. Service was okay not good but not bad. ( I found this in my sushii )
