I've ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats over 10 times, and the quality of the food has consistently impressed me. Everything always arrives fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared—it quickly became a go-to spot for me and my wife when we were looking for a solid meal at home.
This weekend, we were both really hungry and excited to finally try dining in. Unfortunately, that experience didn’t live up to expectations. We arrived and waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged, despite staff passing by. We noticed there was a large party inside, which we understand can be demanding, but it still felt like regular guests were being overlooked. After standing there without a word from anyone, we decided to leave.
Great food, no doubt. But the dine-in experience definitely left something to be desired. Hoping it was just an off night, but for now, we’ll probably stick to delivery.

They used to have the best alfredo and chicken parm in town, sadly now its small low grade frozen boxed chicken and the alfredo is half the portion with no taste. Most would understand food prices have increased so increase the menu a couple $$ and not lower the food quality and quantity.

Stopped there for a family gathering and we really enjoyed everything from food, environment, staff, and fair prices. We were served by Shaz and she was so kind and lovely. They have great selection of local beers from GTA and also New Market. I certainly recommend this place and will visit again

Very intriguing place with generous portions of good food at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the customer service is outstanding. I came by around 9 PM on a weekday and it wasn’t too busy—perfect for a quiet evening. I was told that on Friday and Saturday nights they have live music, which definitely adds to the charm. Looking forward to coming back on a weekend to enjoy the band! Recommended.

Service is...well.... the servers were busy celebrating a staff members birthday in the back while people were waiting for service, tables to be cleared, bills and drinks. I understand celebrations, just not in the middle of the dinner rush. No manager was even present in the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction. Go for the food, leave because of service.

I visited today and encountered two staff members who appeared to be from the kitchen team. One of them was very kind and respectful, which I appreciated. However, the other—who seemed to be the superior—was quite rude and dismissive. I felt disrespected by their attitude, and it impacted my overall experience.
