During my recent visit on November 23, 2024. I encountered several issues that detracted from the dining experience. Upon arrival, there was a notable delay before a server attended to our table. After placing our order, the food was delivered slowly. I had specifically ordered the Lobster and Shrimp Angel Hair Pasta as described in the menu. However, I was served a dish with macaroni pasta, lacking the advertised onions, carrots, and bell peppers. At no point was I informed that angel hair pasta was unavailable; had I been notified, I would have selected an alternative dish.
When I raised this concern, the server explained that due to the unavailability of angel hair pasta, macaroni was substituted without prior notice. This lack of communication was disappointing. Furthermore, the server’s indifferent attitude and lack of concern for the oversight were disheartening. After experiencing delays in both service and food, I lost my appetite. I sampled the pasta but did not finish it, as I was unwilling to wait further.
When it came time to settle the bill, there was another delay. Eventually, the manager presented the bill, inquired about our experience, and, upon hearing our concerns, offered a 50% discount on the uneaten pasta. The overall experience was utterly unsatisfactory.
Based on this visit, I would never recommend.

The crème brûlée was really good. The 99¢ wings are a good deal (need to buy a drink, and they don’t really want you taking any to-go so be mindful of how many you order). The sweet chili Thai sauce ones were pretty good and smoky bbq was good, just lots of sauce and very sweet.

I was with a very large party today. The service staff were excellent despite the 30 odd people they had to deal with for our group alone. My order was brought out and I have to say, that was one of the best garden salads I have ever had. And the loaded potato skins were quite nice too!

My wife and I had a burger and a pound of wings, Both wings and onion rigns of the burger tasted like burnt oil. Service was very good, until I asked for check and it took 20 minutes to bring it. Maybe it was Saturday night, but the whole experience was absolutely mid.

We hosted a surprise 20th birthday party for our twins at Knights Arms, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the team was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was handled with care. The food was outstanding—every dish was delicious and beautifully presented.
A special shoutout to our server, Shaz, who truly went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and exceptional service made everyone feel welcome and well taken care of.

I haven't been there in a while Went for New years Eve The food was very good The service was good and she was polite .. Love the restaurant cleanliness. Karaoke host was fantastic Good sound ... But I have one complaint The ladies bathroom was disgusting ... Please check your washrooms .. I'm in the same industry and I check the bathrooms multiple times during a shift other than that I will.definetly returning ....loved it

Tried doing an Uber delivery pick up here and the cook was so rude. He refused to even give me the order because my thermal bag was in the car, just outside the door. When I came back in, WITH THE BAG he still refused to give me the order. So rude, he followed me to the door telling me how I better not made that food cold. Not like it's my job to deliver orders as hot as I get them. Definitely won't be delivering for them anymore. Awful.
