My recent experience at this takeout restaurant was disappointing, to say the least. While the food was just okay, the customer service left much to be desired. When my daughter accidentally dropped her food, the cashier, who witnessed the incident just a few steps away, showed no concern or willingness to help. Despite four out of five pieces of chicken ending up on the floor, there was no offer of assistance or even acknowledgment. To make matters worse, the sauce spilled, and the lone napkin provided was used to clean the floor. When my daughter asked for more napkins, we received just one additional napkin.The lack of empathy and minimal effort to remedy the situation was disheartening. I'm not expecting free items, but at the very least, a discount or a gesture to make up for the mishap would have been appreciated. This experience has left a sour taste, and regrettably, we won't be returning to this establishment. The subpar customer service overshadowed any redeeming qualities the food might have had.
