Decent service, good chain, it's nice to see a bubble tea shop on this side of Newmarket. It was a bit disappointing that they had run out of boba by 8:30 when they close an hour later, but they did still have other toppings available. While the staff member was friendly, he was very soft spoken and it was hard for him to hear us, or for us to hear him, over the unnecessarily loud music blasting over our heads. I always go here for yummy boba but I had their milk tea for twice and always get a stomach ache after. But it is good place if you want to have boba but they have too less people so sometimes u need to wait longer. They have only two sizes and sometimes the cashier lady doesn't understand you really well.
