Kung Fu Tea on Mulock (Newmarket)

Place is never open when it says it is

Closed at 2:50pm on a Sunday, when you’re supposed to open till 10pm. No signs posted, and evidently you do this often. I waisted my gas for nothing. If you don’t want to run your business, shut it down so someone who cares can occupy the space.

They are either not open when they are supposed to or they run out of all their ingredients

The same thing happened this week earlier too, very misleading.

Drove 30 minutes in bad weather says it's open Tuesday jan 7 2025 . 4:50pm not open lights out waste of time. After reading other people's reviews I dont think this location should be allowed to butcher Kung Fu teas name. I would never come to this location you will most definitely waste your time try the other locations they are great 👍

The last two visits the shop was closed when hours say it was open. It’s a 20 minute drive to get here for me so I was extremely disappointed. An update in hours would be appreciated.

This location is permanently closed. Please do not visit. As of December 4th 5:30PM.

Seems like this place is closed permanently. Would be good to provide a notice of some kind to customers so they don't go there thinking its open.

Nov 17 2024 @ 6:07pm. This is the 2nd time in the last month where the store is closed before business hours. No notice, no note on the door... what's going on?

Worst place ! Never had such bad experience! They closed before closing hours , plus when I came another day , the guy said that he can't make the drink for me the way I wanted , when other location made it with no problem!
So bad !

I had yogurt strawberry slush but there was ni yogurt in it,
Another one was passion fruit qq which is did not want pearls but more jelly ended up regular amount of jelly,
They have dine in but washroom was broken

Taro smoothie with boba is my go-to! Never had a bad experience coming here. Great place for my quick boba fix. :)

They’re genuinely always sold out of whatever drink i want, their service is extremely slow, and the workers are aloof at best. I love kung fu tea but not this location!

I went to Kung Fu tea and ordered two oolong milk teas. Unfortunately, the tapioca tasted awful - it was so hard and we couldn't chew it at all. It tasted like it had been sitting around for a few days or someone had burnt it. We ended up throwing out the tapioca because it was so disgusting to eat. The drinks were absolutely awful and we will not be going back to this location. It's annoying paying extra for something that you have to throw out because the quality is so awful.
