This place needs better service. I'd love to write a review about the desserts and drinks but the cashier did not attend to us. After waiting for the customers in front of us to finish ordering, the cashier disappeared into the back without a greeting or telling us that she'd be a moment. We waited for 5 minutes for her to come back. Really disappointing since the food looked great.

I got some boba and the lady told me theres little jellys like size of tapioca and when i tried it there was a big jelly the size of my hand i choked on it and when we went back to get a refund the lady wouldnt give us one never coming back ?♂️?♂️

I wanted to try this place and order a cake for my mother-in-law's birthday but my experience was not pleasant. I emailed them asking about the caramel chestnut cake and they responded quickly but unfortunately the cake was not available. At first, they reply nicely and offer me other option. So then, I picked another one and ask if I can add a chocolate birthday sign message and trying to ensure the cake was packed securely because I have an experience that the cake got slide when we open up and it is absolutely embarrassing and absolutely bad for the birthday person to open a cake that was damaged. After that email, they did not respond at all leaving me in the middle of nowhere since I was looking for a cake to pick up the next day. This is absolutely irresponsible, didn't even give me a response. At least just let me know, it was not available but left with nothing. I wanted to try but I will probably go somewhere else. :(

I placed an order for a specific cake for my friends' birthday, and I received an email confirmation for the order.However, when I arrived to pick up the cake, I was shocked to discover that the cake I had ordered was not prepared. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating.I was informed that my only option at that point was to receive a refund, which is not an acceptable solution in this case as I needed it for the following hours. I had no choice but to accept the only cake available on the counter, which was not what I had originally ordered.I hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your service in the future. It's important for customers to have confidence that their orders will be fulfilled as expected. I hope that no one else has to go through a similar situation.

The European buns and cakes are delicious! Love the cheese cranberry and purple rice and red bean buns. I often order cakes from them, it’s so convenient!

The service attitude is poor. The bread and cakes are just like searching for recipes on Google and making them yourself. If you can still open a store like this, you should close down as soon as possible.
