Place is always completely packed during the school season and its mostly students working. Despite this the employees working their are very patient at dealing with some angrier customers I've seen coming and going, and they usually get my orders done right.

Employees ignore you. Chatting and smiling and doesn’t care . I have been waiting for delivery for more than 30 minutes and no one attends to me. Crap service. Rude managers and employees

Absolutely unacceptable treatment start to finish.

Ordered using the app. When pulling up, attempted to use the drive thru code (format AA11 which only generates for drive thru, counter orders are four numbers!)

Proceeded to get told that number wasn't there. It must be for a different restaurant. First of all, that screen is only visible in proximity to the restaurant, plus the receipt had the locations address on it. After attempts to explain that and a request to check the front counter for an order for the name given on the order, a quick 3 second check, there was nothing but refusal and dismissiveness.

It did accidentally end up at the front counter somehow and your staff could have resolved this quickly with basic customer service by listening to the customer who had a drive thru number and a receipt.

The staff here were lazy, couldn't use their brains for three seconds and couldn't be bothered to sort out the issue.

Retrain your staff and get new management cuz they're clearly doing nothing.

I went with family to get dinner. Looked and getting some mini donuts. Well I looked at them and there was a million flys inside the case. Just absolutely disgusting. The worst part was the employees were still serving customers the product. Iwas seriously disgusting. Never going back to that location to eat. Yonge st and eagle st newmarket ontario.

I've been coming for coffee almost every single day for 1.5 years. I never complain when my iced coffee is crap and it's literally always hit or miss. You just never know what you'll get. I also never complain when staff are avoiding front counter like the plague, messing around with customer friends, speaking inappropriately in front of guests, or when it takes 20+ minutes to get an iced coffee. But I am going to complain about how this 24hr location has now been closed indoors 4 times in like 2-3 weeks. It's really annoying that I walk 20 mins in the cold before midnight to find the doors are all locked and then I go 20 mins back home empty handed when I work all night. It's disappointing. Why is it not being updated online that you're not open? I've called in to double check after the 2nd time it happened to be met with this attitude equivalent to saying "duh we're 24 hrs. Dumb question " When in reality, you're not staying open some nights. I would just pay the extra cost to order through Uber those nights and not waste what little time and energy I have for nothing. And I'm sure I sound bitter right now, but come on? Really? You have a listing on Google with your hours for drive thru and dinning. Update it if you're going to lock the doors. Is it really more effort than your customers are putting in to get there and find out you aren't actually open inside? I doubt it. And seriously train your staff better. Why does my coffee taste like a science experiment every other time?

Terrible mix, went through drivethro last night ordered a crispy mac chicken , a big mac , and 2 large fries, got a bag with completely wrong order, we received a mac burger with fried onions and a plain burger with only pickles it was late and we were to exhausted to go back to complain, we will never eat there again, the workers need to be much more careful when passing out the orders

Came through drive through on Dec 5 around 12 45 pm lunch time. I go to a lot of restaurants every week because of my job. But the drive though workers here are definitely not the friendliest people. Maybe it a city thing but hey to each his own.
