This has to be the most unkempt McDonald's in Newmarket. Came in here Jan 5th Monday night and it was an awful experience. The place was a disaster, they have only 2 customers in the dining area and about 7 staff, the staff were just joking around laughing and one was sitting on the floor behind the counter where you collect the food. I don't know who is in charge here but this was the worst McDonald's ive ever seen. The kitchen was in view and the floor looked like it wasn't swept all day with the amount of food just visible on the floor. Every garbage bin inside was overflowing. And the drink and condiment area looked like a tornado went through it. Being honest you don't expect much from a McDonald's but this warranted me going out of my way to write this and hope that place can change. Absolutely embarrassing, and if I was the staff I would feel ashamed to be working in an environment like that.

Absolutely disgusting. All the garbages are full the pop area is full of garbage no ketchup. Deflated balloons on the grown tables not cleaned. No ice in the one machine. Dirt on the floor. Yet when I went to the cash to get ketchup there was the what I assumed was the manager different clothing just chatting with another worker. Not paying attention to the front. Had to say excuse me loudly to get ketchup. However they didn't have ketchup at that counter or the area where they serve they had to go over to the takeout area because they where the only ones that had stock. The food was good fries where hot quarter pounder was still hot and not slapped together. The manager should have had someone cleaning up or been there cleaning up themselves.

Order a combo today at night for takeout. Find out the coke zero is flat😵😵😵😵. The drink is the most exciting thing in the meal. Disappointed.

This isn’t the first time this happened. The lids on the coffees are not sealed properly! They handed my uncle a coffe through the window with a loose lid and the coffe ended up everywhere. Mind you, hot coffee on your lap is very uncomforting. They’re probably trained to hand them from the bottom so we can grab them at the top, and even so, if the lid isn’t on properly, when handed, it could cause a real serious problem. It’s dangerous. Please look into this. To help you guys further, these indentations on the cups cause the lid to not fit properly. You guys need to be more careful!
