Dirty, the trash cans overfull, the customer service terrible, I ordered at the front and the lady was is really bad mood... I don't know if is mandatory but the people in the kitchen weren't wearing hairnet, I don't feel comfortable eating from here

They really improved, there is a person always cleaning, so much cleaner now, today there was this nice young man, we had a nice chat together, can’t recall his name he had a beard and was tall. he was consistently cleaning and wiping the tables. Very nice and friendly guy.

We come in 22:30 but could not order anything. The workers said that they needed to clean the kitchen. I think if the establishment is open until 23:00, then the service should be provided until 23:00. McDonalds need check how to work their personal!!! Very bad

A disaster. Food was cold. The single staff member was paranoid about my shopping cart partly entering the empty restaurant. But he was much less interested in providing anything resembling decent service or food. Note that leaving your cart outside risks theft as it then can't be seen from the serve-yourself cold drinks station. Not ideal if you're alone. Clearly a lousy restaurant layout! But it's academic for me as there's no way I'll be going back. The McD at Dawson Manor is close by and a substantially more agreeable option.
Wheelchair accessibility: I suspect that wheelchairs, like carts, will need to be left outside
