Mr Pretzels Upper Canada Mall

To be honest, I don't really pay attention to the mr.pretzels product, but when I tried it, I was happy and satisfied with the taste. Sugar Cinnamon Flavor is delicious, it's not a shame to recommend it especially to children.

These are probably one of the best pretzels I've ever had! The dough was so good fresh so soft and yummy. 😍I love the Nutella flavor! Was so amazing!

normally love Mr. Pretzels – it’s my go-to snack and always hits the spot. But today’s order was honestly disappointing. I got the pretzel bites expecting that perfect sweet cinnamon-sugar coating I know and love, but instead, they barely sprinkled any sugar on top. The bites underneath were plain and dry, like they skipped half the process. It left me genuinely devastated and wishing I hadn’t bought them at all. Hoping this was just a one-off, but for a place that usually delivers, this miss really stung.

Went to restaurant with my 5 pretzels stamped on card, refused to honour promotion despite their sign clearly saying that you buy 5 and get one free. Actively deceptive. Will not be returning.

It’s unfortunate how other people had unpleasant experiences here at this location; however, my experience is totally different. I always get the sugar cinnamon pretzel and it was sooooo good. Made fresh and delicious, I enjoyed it so much. The staff here were friendly to me during my interaction with them. ? so keep up the good work.
