Mr Pretzels Upper Canada Mall

Went to restaurant with my 5 pretzels stamped on card, refused to honour promotion despite their sign clearly saying that you buy 5 and get one free. Actively deceptive. Will not be returning.

It’s unfortunate how other people had unpleasant experiences here at this location; however, my experience is totally different. I always get the sugar cinnamon pretzel and it was sooooo good. Made fresh and delicious, I enjoyed it so much. The staff here were friendly to me during my interaction with them. ? so keep up the good work.

One of the best Mr.pretzel i have visited . They offer new and fresh rolled pretzels and staff is very kind and polite . They also offer buy 5 get 1 pretzel free .
Toscana flavour pretzel is must try option for spicy lovers.

I’m not one to leave a bad review. But I couldn’t just let this slide. Just ordered Mini Pretzel Dogs for my son, see photo. I let the two staff know that “these looks burnt”. Customers there agreed with me. The older lady said “burnt? No they’re crunchy!” And they just both just looked away and ignored me. Poor customer service. Horrible horrible.
