Not as good as it used to be

Ordered the "meatless meatball" sub. Took a few bites out of it and realized it was not meatless. When I confronted the staff about it, he blamed me for ordering a meatball sub. No offer of an apology, just offered to sell me the one I wanted in the first place after tossing out the original.

During my visit in ontario i visited Mr sub and was craving for veggie sub and honestly the veggie sub served by Mr Sukhwinder was delicious, great customer service and neat and hygiene place to dine in.

Younger man probably in his 20’s was on the phone having a conversation the entire time he served me. He had headphones in and his phone on him. It took quite awhile for him to finish my order as well. Maybe because he was so distracted on a phone call rather than doing his job. I’ve never seen customer service so bad. Disappointed.

I ordered my sub online and had it delivered. The sub was put together sloppy. I order green olives and got green peppers instead. The lettuce was not fresh and it had the wrong cold cuts on it. This may sound petty, but the top end of the tomato was unevenly cut and put in to the sub. So when I went to grab the sub to take a bite it just fell out. Clearly the person making my sub didn't know what they were doing and didn't care. I have been buying sandwiches from Mr Sub for over 35 years and this is by far the worst sub I have ever had. I had to throw it away, and order from Subway.
