Taller employee with red hair and glasses has served me the last 3 times coming in. He is not friendly, bad customer service, does not seem to want us there. If a bottle of sauce or topping is near empty he will use the very last drops and then move on rather than giving the appropriate amount or refill them. Doesn’t respond when I tell him have a good night. Just overall doesn’t seem to care about the customers or his job. My family has been coming to this location for years and always received great customer service, disappointing to that this employee isn’t following suit with our past experiences.

Great food but I ordered a pick up order from Uber and the young dude set the timer for almost an hour to make 2 subs. I showed up 15 mins after I ordered knowing it wouldn't take 45 mins to make. He seemed a little stand offish and even rude that I showed up. The sandwiches were done as soon as I walked in.. poor customer service, great food

The Queso one and roast beef and cheddar. Only one of them was at the front. The other guy walked by once but it wasn’t him

I ordered food for delivery tonight. My husband ordered an assorted sub and I ordered the pizza sub. The assorted sub came with no meat. Clearly the receipts are not checked and compared to the sandwiches. I called and had to go to the store for it to be replaced. By the time I got home, my pizza sub was a ball of mush so I had to throw it out. This is the worst experience. I won't be ordering from here again.
