To be honest I’ve never been in the store. One of my brothers lives close by and anytime he comes to visit on a Sunday I have to get him to stop into this location for 2 spicy chicken subs. The quality and care that the young lady puts into making them is impressive and far superior to any other location. She even wraps tomatoes and puts the bbq in a container so the 2nd sub I have the next day is a fresh as the first ! By far the best subs I’ve ever had in my 50 young years. Thank you so much This location deserves 10 stars hands down.

My favourite sandwich artist is the girl with the glasses. I only let her make my sandwich, literally if anyone offers I say, “ no I’m waiting for her” lol she’s super friendly, we always have great conversations while in store. Hands down the best Mr.sub in Newmarket, I literally drive passed the one near my house just to be serviced by her ?

This place has been around for years.Locally owned Canadian company that in my opinion has the best tasting ingredients and by far the best bread.The sub sauce is what I expect on a sub and all the others seem to fall flat.

When picking up my online order. The female employee was very rude, making comments to everything we said about our order, including our personal conversation with myself and my husband. She had to customer service. Also when placing an order online we asked for bottles of pop and were being given cans, when we said we ordered bottle the female was rude in her reply that it doesn't show up on your end. Maybe customer service training should be taught how to speak to customers.
