The beans are processed using the washed and sun-dried method. Every cup is sure to be balanced and easy drinking.
Peruvian Swiss Water Decaf-FTO
Our single-origin Peruvian beans have been naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss water process from the pristine environment of the coastal mountains of British Columbia. This system gently filters out the caffeine while maintaining the desirable flavour prior to processing. Our dark roast leaves spots of delicious oils which have undertones of caramelized nutty sweetness resulting in a decaf cup that does not compromise flavor.

This coffee shop is an absolute gem! I stopped by during a snowstorm, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Despite the weather, they were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience so much better.

I also have to mention the brownie – it was absolutely amazing, rich, and perfectly baked! Paired with a warm cup of coffee, it was just what I needed on a cold, snowy day. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend...

Simply the best coffee and freshly roasted beans in the region. There is no finer experience. Life is too short for poor coffee.

I always order my ground coffee from here, since I make coffee at home by drip. Try their cappuccino and latte as well. For some reason I got the unroasted version today, but I’m not flipping out since I grew up watching my grandmother and relatives roast and grind coffee on their own. Will try to roast this myself.
Edit: Shop replied to me it’s an order error on my part! Guess I need to request/specify on the order that I need them roasted and ground.
