Pablo Cheese Tart Newmarket

Yummy tarts at a fair price point! Cheese is light and fragrant - not too filling, not too sweet, and perfect for tea time. Fun innovative flavours (got the Dubai Chocolate, Strawberry Mochi, Crème Brûlée, Original, Tiramisu and Chestnut). Wish I lived closer but will revisit when I’m in Newmarket next!

Best basque cheesecake in GTA!! Reminded me of the one I tried in Japan and loved it. Real authentic taste.
They also got a good collection of cheese tarts, I tried the strawberry and tiramisu.

I recently tried the Pablo Cheese Tart in the Newmarket Costco plaza and was blown away!

The matcha melon latte was SO refreshing - the unique flavor of this cold drink really hit the spot. But the real stars were the Fuwa Kumo Fluffy Cloud Egg Classic Sandwich and the Purple Yam Cheese Tart!

The sandwich was incredibly fluffy and tasted amazing, with a side of edamame making it a healthier twist.

The Purple Yam Cheese Tart was not too sweet and paired perfectly with their Americano coffee - a match made in heaven!

I highly recommend trying these treats - you won't be disappointed! Everyone should give this a try!

Such a lovely café! The coconut matcha and hojicha latte were both amazing, some of the best drinks we've ever had! Also loved the mini and the full size cheese tart. They were friendly and quick. I definitely want to go back.

The mango ice cream was yummy.

I love this place!! They have a wide selection of drinks that i’ve been trying and they never disappoint. my favourite is the choco-misu with cheese foam. they also have a huge variety of delicious cheese tarts i’m slowly working my way through and they have mousse in the shape of a bear they’re sooo cutee!! my favourite is the chocolate raspberry. This place is my go to when i need a drink or a sweet treat.

Matcha-misu and hojicha-misu! I usually don't get cheese foam drinks but the flavor went so well with the tea and the sweetness was just right
