The cake tasted absolutely amazing. The fluffy, classic Japanese cheese cake is an explosion of flavour. The staff were so helpful and informative. They were very nice and understanding. The price was very affordable

I recently visited this shop and picked up 6 assorted tarts, and I was really pleasantly surprised at how delicious they all were! I really liked the flaky crust as it wasn't too hard to bite into. I picked up a traditional cheese tart, chocolate, tiramisu, raspberry white chocolate, and a creme brule. All of them were creamy and delicious. I would recommend you give them all a try! Thanks I will be back again soon ?

Expensive for cheese tarts but the ube cheesecake ice cream was really good. The lady at cash was also really nice.

I came to choose and pickup an assorted box of 12 mini cheese tarts that my gf ordered for my bro's bday.

I drove up to Newmarket during my lunch break. Traffic was good. No difficulties finding this store either. It's one block down from the 404 exit ramp.

Employee who helped me was pleasant. There were 14 mini tarts to choose from but I didn't know which 2 to exclude so I let her help me decide which 2 to not include. She also told me which ones seemed to be the top sellers and most popular ones as well.

From the ones I tried, my top 3 (in no particular order) would be:

* Tiramisu
* Roasted Almond Marshmallow Chocolate
* Creme Brulee

The tarts are excellent but they are quite expensive! You do save some money if you buy a box of 12 because there's no tax but yea, $5 a tart is $$$.

I would buy from Pablo in the future, but most likely only for very select special occasions.

I've been going to Pablo's original location in Osaka for years and was surprised when I was there last and saw that they opened a location in Newmarket. The cheese tart is perfection and exactly like the original! They have the three original tart flavours as well as a bunch of seasonal flavours including the creme brulee which is my favourite. The ambience of the shop is quite nice too and I think I'd like to meet a friend for coffee there sometime ?

I sampled several of their mini cheese tarts. They were pleasant, but I noticed the flavours were quite similar across the different varieties. Given that cheese tarts are their speciality, I expected a bit more distinctiveness in taste. The flavour intensity is milder compared to what you might find in western bakeries.

One thing I particularly appreciated was that the tarts were not overly sweet. This allowed the buttery and delicious tart crust to stand out as a highlight of the treat.

In summary, Pablo Cheese Tart offers a charming experience, especially for those who prefer less sweet desserts. With a bit more flavour variety, it could easily earn that fifth star.
