The food is lovely and the service is good. Loses two stars for all the WASTEFUL plastic cups, knives, forks, spoons and other disposable items such as plates - even when you are dining in! Why don't they have washable mugs, glasses and stainless steel cutlery? It's unconscionable in 2024. The waste bin doesn't even have separate sides for garbage and recyclables. Not good.

We came for our first time here and it looked beautiful but the we asked for a hazelnut cafe and we got black coffe with a shot of hazelnut just like this..so it means they dont have idea how to make coffe so avoid this place for coffe ,the sweets are ok.

I was checking out and the woman started talking to me in another language. I’m all about diversity but this was extremely annoying. Everything is overpriced and I found a fly in my food, I checked the case were they keep the pastries and there were 3 more flies that I could see, this is unsanitary.

UPDATE: I emailed them as they ask in the reviews, and I replied (3 times) and I was completely IGNORED

A great place to chill, have a good coffee and enjoy one of their amazing treats. Wonderful staff and everything about this place is simply wonderful. my husband and I are there almost every Sunday and we love it.

DO NOT GO HERE! Cheap and stingy management! End of business day. $100 of purchases including sandwiches. Came because ad for a small slice of birthday cake and saw things to try.. baby turn 2 on the day. Staff know can do it just need manager approval. Manager don’t even dare to face us but have their employees pass on a bunch of requirements including app signup all of which were not in the ads circulating on our ethnic social media. Refused to see ad. Refused to see ID. 2 years old. End of business day. Wow. Cake sadly was not impressive either taste wise. But that’s expected of a chain like this I guess. All looks, 0 actual care. Same price can get 2-3x everything at many other bakeries.

The interior is a bit run down .. displays is beautiful,but the sitting area looks like I'm sitting in a food court
