Although the patties don’t taste bad, the problem is that they stay in a heater far too long making them dry and hard.
Also, the temperature of the heater is so high, that the interior stuffing will literally burn you.
Lastly, the stuffing is all at the bottom, and will spill onto your clothes. You would be lucky to have a spill on your clothes and not your hands as…. once again… be so damn hot that it will burn 🔥 you!!!
Perhaps the restaurant would be wise to adjust the temperature of your machine before someone ends up suing them.
On a positive note, you can get 2 patties and a drink for under $10 bucks.

I was there with my family and wanted to get some water aswell but there was this guy who was selling stuff, and he told us to move aside because he has a big line, me and my family were about 10 people so it took us like 5 minutes to ask everyone what they need, and he was very rude with us

I was looking forward to trying this place, but my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I received my order, the patty was so hot on the inside that it couldn’t even be eaten the filling was literally burning hot while the outside was cool. It seemed like it had been microwaved or overheated to the point where it was unsafe to bite into. My whole mouth is burnt from the burning hot filling on the inside. The flavour of the patty itself also tasted a bit off when trying to eat it! To make things worse, I was extremely sick last night and clearly had symptoms of food poisoning from these patties. I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this so others are aware and so the business can take a closer look at their food handling and preparation practices. I wanted to enjoy this place, but based on what happened, I won’t be going back.

I have been buying Patties from this location over 2 years. Recently I bought a dozen patties as I had guests at home only to realise there was hardly any filling of beef inside and was just patties. The person at the till said he doesnt know anything and contact the owner. I would advise the owner to focus on quality or soon you will be out of business. This used to be good but now its v bad. Upto you to pull up your socks. Else start loosing customers.

Absolutely terrible customer service at Patties Express. The worker was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about customers. It’s shocking how little respect they have for paying customers — completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Not sure why there are even 1* reviews when everyone agrees the patties are bomb. I personally prefer the spicy one but I've tried everything the have to offer in this location and its tastyyyy!!!
Not only I dined in (cool place the market love the vibe.) I also had the pleasure to take one patty with me on a busy summer day... and it stayed fresh. as a former chef that cant work anymore due to a physical disability I say - appreciate it. You guys have no idea how many places store old produce because its a money loss! this place serves fresh and yummy patties for a ridiculously low price. Enjoy it like I do! :)
Will they survive the inflation?? most definitely!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had to deal with in a food joint. the cashier was one of the rudest people I have ever seen in my life. I will never go back to this establishment again. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Fell for their $5.90 deal featuring 2 patties + a drink. Loved that the patties were piping hot. HOWEVER - even though the beef patty had good flavour, there was not enough filling & the filling was very gel-like which not much meat texture. Chicken patty was even worse - can taste the curry flavour, but didn’t taste any chicken.
Do NOT recommend and will not be returning.

The patties are generally good. However, today I ordered two and was not warned about how hot they were. When I bit into one, the filling spilled onto my hand and burned my thumb. It may sound dramatic, but it’s been 10 minutes and my finger is still stinging from the heat of the filling. I called the store to inform them that serving food that hot without any warning is unsafe. Unfortunately, the gentleman who answered was very rude and showed no accountability or apology. I wasn’t expecting any compensation; I simply wanted to highlight the safety concern. His attitude was very disappointing. It’s hard to see in my photo, but there is a bubble on my finger from the burn. You’re lucky that my child wasn’t the one who got burned! Do better!
