Today, I bought 2 mini almond orange cakes at BB -- gluten- and dairy-free -- the only regularly available gluten-free pastries/cakes they sell. They were absolutely delicious. I tried their Koobideh and Saffron Chicken (Joojeh), and honestly, they were among the best I’ve had in Toronto.
The koobideh was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned — no dryness or off flavors, just that rich, savory taste you want from good ground beef kababs.
The saffron chicken was beautifully marinated, full of flavor, and grilled just right. Everything was served with freshly baked bread and fluffy saffron rice topped with butter. Delicious!“
