Absolutely addicted to this place! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their menus, and the food tastes SO good. You see your food being made and it’s worth the wait for something right off the grill.

Have never been here before and was looking forward to it, was happy to see the buy one get one on Uber so I ordered for pick up. $13.99 for one of these is an absolute joke. There was hardly any meat or sauce on this sandwich and it’s beyond tiny, the whole sandwich was the size of a deck of cards. I would have gladly paid $3 for this sandwich, even the two of these combined was not worth $13.99. This was a rip off and I’m disappointed, won’t be back!
Edit: In response to your reply, my apologies your buy one get one was $14.29. I’ve attached photos of my order. Thank you for your reply but it’s crazy to charge this much for such little value.

New franchise type there still adding pictures to website. But damm the food is good. Staff when we went Oct 2024 we friendly helpful. Will be coming back.

Brutal customer service. Come here if you want to get scammed.$50 for 1 mediocre chicken burger and 1 Mediocre poutine. Zero stars.
Edit: I was never told you were trying to speak to uber. You let us leave knowing how much was spent $50 on a chicken burger and small poutine. Regardless of the platform that was used to order, ultimately it is your business in a small community, and in trying times. you could have tried to work something out. You wouldnt hear of it and stated therw was nothing you could do. It's surprising on your position. Your restaurant was slammed orders coming through, you were busy. Sometimes taking a loss for the sake of what's right and customer statisfaction is what really goes a long way. I stand behind my review.
