Gluten Free Craft
Our gluten free dough has no gluten in it. We hired a master chef to work with us on the gluten free recipe and process. We use a dedicated mixer for gluten free dough. We use rice flour to open and stretch both our regular and gluten free dough. We use a number of other precautions to isolate the gluten free dough from gluten contamination, however this is not a 100% free gluten free environment. As such, we recommend our gluten free dough for lifestyle/dietary purposes only. Ingredients: Gluten free grains, salt, water yeast

I went to PICO on August 26th around 8:40 PM and just want to recognize the guy who helped me. He was so sweet, patient, and really efficient. He got all the toppings right and the pizzas were absolutely amazing—me and my mom loved them.

He was also super friendly and easygoing, and even added sauce for me without me asking. Honestly, it was just a really great customer service experience, and I could tell he genuinely cared about his work.

Stopped by the Pi Co at Davis & 404 this evening to grab pizza and salad for my family, and everything was outstanding. The pizza had that perfect crisp with just the right char, and the salad was fresh and flavourful. The space was bright, spotless, and so welcoming - even my 4-year-old, who came with me to pick up the order, was happily soaking in the atmosphere. I visited for the first time yesterday. staff were so friendly and I was seriously impressed! This is one of the most unique pizza spots I’ve ever been to.. You get to choose all your own toppings and create a personalized pizza which only takes about 100 seconds to cook in their super hot oven and it comes out tasting amazing. Highly recommend.
