San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Fior Di Latte, Parmesan, Basil & Olive Oil.
Gluten Free Craft
Our gluten free dough has no gluten in it. We hired a master chef to work with us on the gluten free recipe and process. We use a dedicated mixer for gluten free dough. We use rice flour to open and stretch both our regular and gluten free dough. We use a number of other precautions to isolate the gluten free dough from gluten contamination, however this is not a 100% free gluten free environment. As such, we recommend our gluten free dough for lifestyle/dietary purposes only. Ingredients: Gluten free grains, salt, water yeast

We visited tonight and had a great experience. The restaurant was spotless, and both staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took time to answer our questions about the pizza tools and seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of us. Service was fast, the pizza was delicious, and while it’s a little pricy, the quality and experience make it totally worth it.

Amazing food! I will only eat pi co pizza going forward! Staff is super friendly and patient! overall the environment is awesome, I highly recommend that you STOP eating at dominos, papa johns, etc. and only eat pizza from PI CO!

I went to PICO on August 26th around 8:40 PM and just want to recognize the guy who helped me. He was so sweet, patient, and really efficient. He got all the toppings right and the pizzas were absolutely amazing—me and my mom loved them.

He was also super friendly and easygoing, and even added sauce for me without me asking. Honestly, it was just a really great customer service experience, and I could tell he genuinely cared about his work.
