I recently visited this HK cafe, and I was blown away by the delicious flavors! The Hainanese chicken was incredibly tender and packed with taste, perfectly complemented by the fragrant rice and dipping sauces.
The highlight of my meal was definitely the 红豆冰 (red bean dessert). It was a delightful blend of sweetness and texture, making it the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. The ambiance of the cafe is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax with friends and family.

Maintaining consistent standards, good taste and good service. The portion of sweet and sour pork is slightly less. It is the best tea restaurant in Newmarket and Aurora. recommend!

Amazing food and service. Particularly love the egg sandwich and milk tea. I love it enough to drive there from Markham. Only wish the tables are larger as it’s pretty tight.

I’ve been to two pine houses but the service at this one is a lot nicer.

This place is amazing, the food is very delicious, price is very good, plus the quantity is huge. 3 lunches special is enough for 4 people. Service is very good as well. You might have to wait during peak time, but worth waiting.

To find an hk cafe with the great service in Newmarket, that is amazing.
The same high volume quick paced environment you get from other hk cafe spots.
The service was really good considering how quick things turn over.
Food came quickly and the waitress was very friendly to my friend and I, making quick conversation and recommendations on what to eat.
This is only a couple minutes from where I work, so def going to be coming here a bit for that hk cafe comfort food.
Parking is available, but fairly tight on the side with the restaurant. Was able to get the last spot during dinner time on a Thursday evening, so that should tell you how quick the spots fill up.
Great job overall

Walking in with 2 adults and 1 toddler, they have 4 people table available but the waitress split the table into two, gives us small 2 people’s table. I have to put my son on my lap all the time. Terrible service there!

Visited this place 3 times already. We ordered 2 lunch combos; sweet & sour pork & beef noodle stir fry. Both combo came w lemon tea & ices coffee. Theb soup came in a cup rather bowl, very interesting but it definitely easier to drink! The food and drinks were delicious and the kids love them as well. We sat at the entrance once and it was great. Another time we were sat inside, it wasnt as good. The inside has so many flies everywhere and we have to keep waving them away from our dishes, 2 stars were deducted as it is quite unsanitary to have so many flies

This is a very popular place for food. We got there at 11:30 and noticed a lot of tables were already booked. We were a table of 4 and were seat promptly but when lunch time came, a lot of people started filling up the place.
We order from the daily specials that include drinks and soup.
Our drinks were the lemon iced tea and the yin yeung ice coffee. The soup was served in a mug. Convenient and easy to drink till you have to poke for the veggies at the bottom.
Our main was the dry beef ho fun. Good portion and well seasoned. We also ordered the sweet and sour pork with rice. The rice tasted weird not as freash as it should be, kinda mushy. The meat was good; however the portion of meat to rice ratio was a bit off. There should be more meat with the amount if rice given. The sweet and sour had good flavour and good sauce.
Kid-friendliness: Give water for the kids and provided utensils for them. Has high chairs available.

The red bean drink with ice cream was horrible giving us not even ice cream. They just gave us a piece of ice with milk poured onto it and claiming it was haagen dazs. The worst part was we ordered 3 and two of them where ice but the last one was actual ice cream making this place a 1 star in my opinion. ?☠️

The air conditioner kept blowing on our table. My tablemate forgot to make the food he ordered. It took a long time to prepare the food. I only had charcoal-roasted pork neck and omelette rice. I asked others who had tried them and they all said they were not delicious.
