Came to buy food at 7:40 says their open until 9 pm girl was closed copping attitude with me asking me what do I want? The owner is wonderful and would be shocked if she knew people were running her store like this and talking to her longtime customers like this horrendous gaslighting service never again and I will let the owners know how I was treated I would of given a zero if I could

Very rude customer service. The employee working (white girl) along with the lady owner are so rude. Not at all cooperative. Food is good but customer service needs to be improved! Even when the employee is taking the order, she asks rudely if we want white or whole wheat pita, as if she is scolding the customer.

The food was decent, but the portions were below standard. The experience, however, was quite disappointing due to the staff’s attitude. The personnel seemed dismissive, lacked basic skills, and there was an underlying rudeness that really soured the whole experience.

Ordered online but didn’t realize until payment went through that the order was submitted just before the Davis location closed. It automatically provided the next available day for pick up, which wouldn’t work for me as a visitor to Newmarket. The owners went out of their way to check the order history and called us personally to reassure us of a refund. They were so lovely and kind. Thank you for your excellent customer service! We ordered from the Leslie location as an alternative and enjoyed our dinner very much. Looking forward to returning in future.
