The pita combo was ok but expensive and we were overcharged! Staff could not refund the money so they offered us a bag of chips. Our pita was toasted even though we asked for it not to be toasted. Finally, another customer found wood chips in her pita (in the spinach topping)!

Had a chicken bacon pita and wow, was it good. I see all the bad reviews and wonder if they are even real because the staff there were great. Young girl got me the food, and a man looked like a manager I think he said his name was Jason or James, he was super cool.

It is clear why this is the worst rated pita pit. The owner/manager whatever he is needs to sell his business and quit because customer service is not for him. The girl taking my order was clearly new and training and probably scared of the owner. I ordered a veggie pita, no meat no black bean no nothing just veggie. Nearly the same price as if i chose a protein, fine. But the girl was clearly sprinkling the toppings like she’s been told to not put too much. When she closed my pita she didn’t shake the toppings down to the bottom so it started to break and not roll. The owner/manager comes on over in a very condescending tone“You got too much toppings” “thats what happen when you get too much topping” I responded it’s a veggie pita… same price as the other ones. And he goes “yeah you wanted extra lettuce and olives” like it isn’t a veggie pita and the only thing I’m getting are veggies😂 he shakes the topping down and it rolls just fine. To a little skinny pita. Extremely rude and not a way to talk to customers. Does this look like an overly stuffed pita?

I wish I had the option to give zero stars, the girl works at the store has so much attitude, poor customer service, no greetings, no please, no thank you, and talks as if she owns the place and wondering why someone is coming to the store, would never ever visit again they do not deserve my business, would not recommend anyone to visit this place ever.

Had a Gyro pita for delivery tonight and it was fantastic. Bread was very fresh and all the toppings had the perfect amount. This was my first pita pit experience and I'll definitely be ordering again.

Incredible experience at the end of the night trying to find a nutritious after hockey meal. Even though we were right at closing the staff made every effort to welcome us and not rush us at all. Everything was fresh and delicious.
